“Feature-packed and budget-friendly”
Pros
Right away, this CRM felt like a really great option because it's affordable, genuinely useful and already comes with plenty of features for handling everyday work. It does a good job of organizing support tickets, setting reminders for important tasks whether they're urgent or not and keeping regular operations on track. It's also helpful when connecting with other tools especially calendar apps which makes overall management more convenient. On top of that, it includes sorting, categorization, tagging and filter options, plus a search function that makes finding things much more manageable.
Cons
One issue I kept running into was the number of clicks it took to reach certain areas in the CRM. If I wanted to open a specific ticket, for instance, I had to go through a demo page first before I could access the actual ticket content. Even though the internal site mapping was improved, moving from one page to another still felt more time-consuming than it should have been. At this point, that's really the only drawback I've noticed.

“Valuable work order tracking”
Pros
Being able to document every step of a work order is really helpful.
Cons
Biggest frustration on our side was how SF handled the SF Maps migration update. We were notified about the migration, tested SF Maps in the sandbox for months and then moved it into our live Salesforce instance. Not long after that, our users started running into a few erratic issues that disrupted the application. SF Maps support did try to assist but resolving the problems ended up requiring many hours from our developers. They uncovered issues that SF's own technical team wasn't aware of and it cost our company thousands of dollars that SF refused to help cover. It became even more frustrating when we realized there was basically no way to raise these concerns with SF management. From where we stand, SF bought Map Anything, changed it to fit into Salesforce and then pushed the full update cost onto customers. Our company had previously purchased Map Anything and had already invested heavily in custom development so we had already taken on major costs just to run it. Not being able to escalate our concerns to SF management was very upsetting. In the end, it felt like they were telling us, "too bad, you're on your own," with no willingness to work toward a solution. Large companies can really make customers feel insignificant. Be very careful with updates.

“Searchable customer tracking”
Pros
It helps us keep up with all our customers and contacts, along with contract numbers and plenty of other information and everything is searchable for the rest of my team too.
Cons
Sometimes when switching between different views, the customer list doesn't stay the way I last had it and can move away from the alphabetical order I set.

“Flexible integrations and customization”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of this platform is how much you can tailor it to fit whatever data solution your company needs. On top of that because it's so widely used, it already connects with most sales and marketing tools which makes it even more useful.
Cons
Getting everything set up and implemented usually requires an IT administrator. You can handle a few things on your own but without bringing in someone experienced or working with a consulting partner to customize the applications, you probably won't get much value out of it.

“Top-tier CRM capabilities”
Pros
Compared with other CRM tools, this one stands out as the best when it comes to functionality and overall usability. The fact that companies now have full roles dedicated to becoming experts in this external platform says a lot about the unique value it delivers across so many different industries.
Cons
Your experience can vary depending on the subscription tier your organization pays for and there is definitely a learning curve involved. Since it's a technology platform, there's also the ongoing reality of constant updates, changes and evolution.

“Highly customizable and reliable”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how customizable it is. You can pretty much program the software to handle just about anything you need it to do.
Cons
Getting up to speed with it has been a real challenge. Even after 8 months, we're still ironing out issues and we expect it will take at least another 6 months before it's fully tuned for sales management. And that's only phase one before moving on to the next stage.

“User-friendly and adaptable”
Pros
From day one, the platform has been very user friendly and moving through different records feels easy and well organized. It has helped us manage our SalesCycle much better and we're able to build new processes based on our specific business needs. The integration with various other tools also adds a lot of value and makes the system even more effective overall.
Cons
It covers pretty much all of our requirements but I do think the reporting side could be better. Right now, the reports still don't give us a complete 360-degree view. I'd also like to see history tracking expanded across more fields.

“Outlook case creation is fantastic”
Pros
Being able to create a case straight from Microsoft Outlook has been the best part for me. It's fast, convenient and makes the whole process much simpler.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is how images are handled when emails come in and automatically create cases. There really should be an option to view those emails in rich text instead of having to open them as an attachment.

“Excellent sales and service value”
Pros
Having sales and service features together in one platform gives really strong value for the money. Setup, installation and configuration are quick to get through and being able to customize your own sales process is a big plus.
Cons
One confusing part is when trying to use the support forums. In Essentials it's called the Help Center while in the other versions it's referred to as Experience which is the new name for Communities.

“Reliable layout and quick searches”
Pros
After nearly five years of using this software, it's been a dependable tool overall. The layout is simple and easy, from the home screen to the different tabs you can open so getting around it feels natural. Searching for people or articles is also quick and convenient which helps a lot.
Cons
There have been some bugs over the years and a few are still being worked on right now. That said, the team has usually been very quick to address issues and fix things fast.

“Dashboard and data flow”
Pros
Having both the app and web version is really helpful and the reporting and dashboard features work very well. The connection between all the data is excellent which makes everything easier to follow, use and pull information from when needed.
Cons
License policy could be better and it does limit some flexibility when it comes to reporting and chart customization.

“Great for sales teams”
Pros
Right from the start, this tool feels very simple and well thought out. It really seems to have mastered what it's meant to do and I honestly think every sales team could benefit from using it. It makes task management, lead qualification and both internal and external communication much more manageable.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve although it's nothing overwhelming. Having SMEs in the organization makes a big difference when it comes to getting the most out of it.

“CRM gold standard”
Pros
As a CRM, it really feels like the gold standard even though it still comes with a few limitations. The contact management tools, price books and reminders have all been especially useful.
Cons
It's definitely a powerful platform but getting the most out of it takes advanced knowledge and a certain level of specialization. For smaller organizations, the cost of implementation and ongoing maintenance can be too expensive.

“Organized notes and visibility”
Pros
Everything feels very well organized and I can add specific notes that the rest of the team is able to see. It makes it really simple to understand what's happening with a particular customer just by following the notes that were already added. We also use it to create business-to-business opportunities so everyone can keep track of where each partnership currently stands.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. It's very user-friendly and whenever we ask for something to be built, it's highly customizable.

“CRM with rich automation”
Pros
As a CRM platform, it feels very dependable and comes packed with a wide range of built-in applications. It includes modules for sales, service and more, along with strong features like workflow, process builder and flow automation. The interface is quite user-friendly and the AppExchange makes it convenient to download and install additional apps. It also offers many standard objects such as accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and cases. Reporting and dashboard tools are simple to use and it even supports programming for managing and operating the org. Since it is cloud-based, there is no need to set up any infrastructure.
Cons
One clear downside is the cost since pricing is charged per user. It also has its own programming language so that needs to be learned before implementation. On top of that, a company may need to hire an administrator to manage and maintain it properly.

“Pipeline management and rich data”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how much information it holds for leads, contacts, accounts and customers. It's become the central hub for our Sales, Customer Success and Solutions teams. The pipeline tracking features are especially useful, particularly when it comes to managing opportunities and keeping up with next steps.
Cons
It does come across as a bit older software. That said, the extensive customization options and wide range of use cases make it very valuable to the organization even if that same complexity can make it tougher for smaller teams to manage and use effectively.

“CRM with room to grow”
Pros
Just about everything in this CRM can be tailored to help sales and marketing teams work more efficiently. It comes with thousands of ready-made solutions so rolling out and setting up the features you need can happen very quickly. On top of that, user permissions are highly customizable which makes it simple to limit data access to only the people who actually need it. I'd absolutely recommend this CRM to anyone looking for a powerful platform that can scale as their business grows.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that it relies on its own query and scripting languages so there's a learning curve unless you're already familiar with how their system works. It's also not inexpensive but in my opinion it's worth every dollar.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
When it comes to CRM platforms, this feels like the standard that everything else gets measured against. It covers just about everything you'd need and can be customized to support nearly any field, setting, dashboard or workflow you want to build.
Cons
At the same time, building dashboards and more detailed reports can feel a bit tough and not completely simple. Even though there are drag-and-drop tools and filtering options, the depth and sophistication of the platform can actually make simpler reports or dashboards more frustrating and challenging to put together.
