“Flexible and collaborative hub”
Pros
The flexibility and room to expand have been fantastic and the collaboration it brings across the whole organization has really helped us become more efficient overall.
Cons
It is on the expensive side although the non-profit discount was definitely appreciated. Getting full buy-in from everyone has also been a challenge, mainly because it's still a new software for users.

“Reporting and contract visibility”
Pros
Across every company I've worked for, this has been the go-to tool. It works really well for managing contracts and leads and as an accountant I rely on it to pull up revenue recognition details, contract terms and other important deal information. It's also very convenient that all the documents are attached within each customer account so finding what I need doesn't take much effort. The reporting tools are excellent too, with plenty of flexibility to build customized reports for just about any business need.
Cons
I genuinely enjoy using the software but one downside is that it still doesn't connect with some accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online which leaves a bit of manual work on our side. I'm hoping QuickBooks integration gets added soon so the syncing process can be fully automated.

“Useful collaboration but too many bugs”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is that it's among the few platforms that lets multiple people collaborate across different markets which is extremely helpful for the kind of work I do.
Cons
At the same time, the software feels very awkward and breaks down pretty often. When it does work, it's fantastic but there are simply too many bugs and usability issues for me to really enjoy using it.

“Centralized knowledge hub”
Pros
Once it's set up the right way, the whole business can operate from a single knowledge base which helps keep information from getting scattered across different teams and systems.
Cons
Some parts can still be confusing to use and getting a lot of the functionality in place often takes custom work which can become expensive.

“Helpful pipeline tracking but awkward workflow”
Pros
Keeping everything organized is where this really helps me and as a sales rep it's clearly one of the tools I rely on every day. Being able to track my pipeline and quickly see where each deal stands is really useful. I also appreciate that it records all the work I'm doing and helps me stay productive and on top of things.
Cons
Using it doesn't feel simple at all. Even very basic tasks in SFDC seem to take way too many clicks and the workflow rarely feels efficient. Building quotes is especially tedious and if I make a small mistake, fixing it can take so much time that I end up having to start over from scratch. I really wish there were better bulk editing options too because right now it feels like almost everything has to be updated one item at a time which gets frustrating fast.

“user friendly”
Pros
Across our team, this platform is used for just about everything. We depend on it to monitor marketing attribution, deals, the buyer journey and content performance all in one place. It gives us the full picture we need and the new version is a huge step up from the Classic version.
Cons
Getting the exact information you need can still be difficult. We regularly have to reconfigure setups or add new fields just to make the reporting work the way we want.

“aligned pipelines and customer flow”
Pros
For any large organization, this feels like a must-have. It really helps align pipelines and improve the way teams handle customer interactions.
Cons
It works very well when it's set up by the right person but getting there can be pretty challenging because of the setup limitations.

“Sales tracking for growth”
Pros
Running a small business feels a lot more manageable with this tool. It lets you calculate and track sales quickly and efficiently and I'd definitely recommend it for detailed business reports and historical data. It can even follow the progress and activity of an entire team which adds a lot of value. Overall, it's an essential platform for keeping a business moving fast because it saves time through workflow automation and configuration. Contact management, opportunity tracking, reports and dashboards are all easy and genuinely useful for day-to-day work.
Cons
My only real complaints are that it's a little pricey and it takes some time to learn before you can really master it. It also doesn't work offline so you can't access it whenever you need to.

“Pipeline visibility that helps”
Pros
This platform packs in a huge range of features and can pretty much handle whatever your business needs. We've used it to align pipeline tracking, get complete visibility into where prospects sit in the sales cycle and stay on top of contract renewal reminders. It also looks quite polished which is a nice extra since plenty of tools on the market definitely don't.
Cons
Getting everything set up the way you want can be quite challenging at times. It's not the kind of software you pick up instantly and there's definitely a learning curve involved, both for you and for the wider team during implementation.

“Reliable CRM with integrations”
Pros
Right from the start, this CRM felt like a really useful and budget-friendly tool that already comes packed with the features needed to handle daily work. It helps a lot with organizing support tickets, setting reminders for important tasks and separating urgent items from those that can wait. The integrations are also very helpful especially with calendar apps which makes managing everything much more convenient. It includes sorting options, filters for categorization, labels and disposition tags so getting a quick overview is simple. Another thing I noticed is that the system does not slow down even when many users are on the same interface at once which says a lot about how stable the platform and servers are. It seems to provide enough storage and capacity to avoid the usual frustration of slow-loading pages. On top of that, there have been no known issues involving database breaches or unauthorized intrusions which is extremely important for businesses that rely on protecting client information and sensitive trade data. Since customer data is such a critical part of any business, it is reassuring to see that they have put strong safeguards in place making the product feel dependable and trustworthy.
Cons
One drawback I came across is that it can take quite a few clicks to reach the exact section you need inside the CRM. For instance, when opening a specific ticket, you first have to go through a preview page before you can access the actual ticket content. That extra step can make navigation feel a bit longer than it should. Still, the internal site mapping has been improved to reduce the time spent moving from one page to another and aside from that, this is the only issue I have run into so far.

“sales visibility”
Pros
The pipeline is clear and concise, with a well-structured sales process that makes it simple to build out, visualize each stage and stay on top of opportunities.
Cons
This may just be specific to my user setup but I have limited flexibility when it comes to customizing certain report outputs. I'm fairly sure that's more related to my role permissions than the system itself.

“Flexible views across teams”
Pros
Being able to switch between sales and support is really useful and moving around the system to view so many different data sets makes it a versatile tool.
Cons
One frustrating part is having to refresh the whole page just to see updates. It also doesn't let a specific set of customers stay within their own domain which means I have to search for customers who should already be tied to the group they belong to.

“All-in-one sales management”
Pros
Having POs, quotes, leads and everything else in one place was a really great advantage. It pulled everything together into a single package that was simple to keep organized and manage.
Cons
Honestly, the only issue was that our company probably didn't make full use of everything the software could do. Aside from that, I really don't have any complaints about what it offers.

“Detailed tracking keeps teams aligned”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this platform is how much detail it offers. There are hundreds of fields and tracking options for every contact which makes it incredibly useful for keeping everything organized. It helps teams of any size stay aligned on each sales lead and for larger companies that really makes a difference. It's also very easy to keep up with where each lead stands in the pipeline and even more importantly, what the next step should be.
Cons
With that many options available, it can feel a bit overwhelming when someone is new to the platform. The depth of features is definitely a benefit overall but there are times when it starts to feel like there's simply too much. It's also very tempting to enter extra contact information that isn't actually needed just because the field is there. Because of that, it really helps to decide as a team what information matters and what can be left out.

“Contact management hub”
Pros
When it comes to contact management, this feels like the standard to measure everything else against. It's helped fully connect our marketing and sales teams so we've been able to combine our efforts and share knowledge much better which has kept leads coming in and the business moving forward.
Cons
Getting started wasn't the simplest process. Some of my sales partners struggled to learn how everything works even though there are plenty of training resources available. For certain users, it's just not that simple right out of the box.

“Reporting and contact lookup”
Pros
It really made a big impact across our organization. We're a large company and the rollout was handled by a sizable team behind the scenes. From a user standpoint, I mostly rely on it to search for contacts and generate reports. The reporting tool is especially strong because it lets you pull just about any data you need in whatever format works best.
Cons
Rolling this product out is definitely challenging. Users need ongoing training to stay current with updates and to use the software effectively on a regular basis. Getting up and running takes a number of intensive training sessions and anyone who isn't very comfortable with technology can end up feeling pretty lost.

Pros
Having quick access to the information I need is one of the best parts of using it and the reporting features are especially strong. There's a lot of data available right at my fingertips and it's all presented in a way that's clear and easy to understand.
Cons
The mobile app doesn't quite match the strength and simplicity of the web-based reporting. I've also run into a couple of instances where the information shown was inconsistent.

“great CRM for insurance teams”
Pros
Working in insurance, we need something a bit different and this CRM does a good job overall. It's a great tool for managing leads and keeping the pipeline organized even if our industry brings a few quirks into the mix. Outside of that, I really don't run into many problems with the product.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that it's not very simple. Because of that, too much time gets spent cold calling instead of focusing on warm leads that could be prioritized with AI.
