Pros
The platform is easy to use. Since bringing it in I have noticed a real improvement in sales performance along with more fluid client interactions. The gamification side adds a lot making the experience genuinely enjoyable instead of feeling like standard training. Another big plus is finally having a reliable way to capture and retain best sales practices so valuable knowledge doesn't get lost. It goes beyond training as well because it also works as a decent sales enablement platform. On top of that the support team is responsive and truly helpful whenever needed. Overall the value for money seems outstanding and I'd absolutely recommend it to any sales-focused organization.
Cons
There's honestly very little to complain about. It does what it promises and keeps delivering with impressive consistency. The platform is user friendly, the simulations come across as realistic and the feedback is genuinely helpful for improving day to day performance in real situations. No tool is ever completely perfect but this one comes very close.
