Well the sequences are built really well and I love the level of personalization you can achieve with them.

There are some minor changes that would make it a little easier to use overall.

“Unlimited contacts for customer development

Pros

Actually I love that the tool allows unlimited contacts with potential leads. It is a great tool for finding people for customer development.

Cons

With smaller audiences or targeting smaller groups, campaigns are not that effective. It is slow into contacting people and often finishes the campaign too fast. I also experienced some problems with downloaded audiences because there are certain rules for CSV that are not mentioned anywhere unless you ask support directly.

“campaign feature favorite and time saver

Pros

The campaign feature is my absolute favorite. I love how easy it is to put together and the fact that once I get a connection I know they will receive another message unless they respond. It is so quick and easy to add them back into the campaign if needed. Skylead is so simple to use and runs in the background which means I can go in once or twice a week to add people back into campaigns or transfer interested leads to our CRM to work on. This is a huge time saver and a great addition to my lead generation toolkit.

Cons

The ability to add leads individually with just a click of a button to Hubspot or Salesforce would be extremely handy without having to add Zapier as another product to our list.

It has full, rich features combined with a logical interface and twenty four hour customer care. It is easy to set up and manage. This platform has important features that others are simply missing.
