“Customer support is good, but is not perfect”
Pros
Not only is it user-friendly, but customer support is always helpful when we are in need.
Cons
At times the records aren't accurate right away but they eventually update with the correct data. Also syncing it with QuickBooks was also not as easy as I expected it to be.

I love how easy Megaventory makes inventory management. It is customizable and the API integrations are great. They offer ready-to-go solutions for different frameworks, but we were also able to build our own custom integration.

We had some issues handling the high traffic our company was dealing with, but their tech team was amazing. They responded quickly, helped us improve our integration and made adjustments on their end too.
