So far, I have no complaints. Everyone using it in my team seems to be pretty satisfied.

Works great for my company, and I like that it has integrated platforms, though they are just okay.

It doesn't work well for customers. In my opinion, the customer-side platform is honestly the worst.

PCS gives us a lot of flexibility in our operations and helps us increase productivity in different areas.

There is not much I dislike but if I had to pick something, it would be the way it handles loads with a certain percentage of deadhead.

Custom reporting is not available and overall customization to fit customer needs is also missing.

It can pretty much handle everything our trucking company needs. It's flexible and overall, quite user-friendly.

One thing I dislike is that I can't sort locations by address.

I love that the dispatch and accounting systems are fully integrated. It makes everything so much easier to manage without having to jump between different platforms.

The LTL feature doesn't work well and dispatch and load confirmations do not include all the necessary details.

It has made our operations and billing processes more efficient and I can tell there's still a lot more in the system that we haven't explored yet.

I do wish there were more training options available since we're probably only using around 30% of what the platform can actually do.

Having quick access to all our data has been incredibly helpful and being able to pull reports with just a click has really changed the way we work.

Everything is set up in US Imperial units which isn't ideal when you're operating in Canada. It would be much better if there were an option to switch to kilometers. I've also noticed that the GPS features are a bit stronger in some other software options.

“Dispatch accounting and security combined”

Pros

I like having dispatch, accounting and security all built into one platform since that has been a big plus for us. We really enjoy how everything is brought together in one place especially with security being such an essential part of operations these days.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is more ways for dispatchers and customers to interact. There's a lot of room to improve the customer portal and the dispatch communication could be better as well especially when it comes to making tracing and tracking simpler.

“basic TMS”

It functions as a TMS and covers the basics we need it to.

Cons

It's quite frustrating how it closes me out of a load when I click away from it. I don't see the benefit of forcing someone to stay locked into a load just because they clicked off. Another issue is when building a load, it doesn't let me search for a location by address from within the screen which feels unnecessarily limiting.

It's practical, dependable, user-friendly and does exactly what I need it to do.

Cons

The downtime can be frustrating at times. On top of that, when I enter more than 30 bills at once, PCS makes me close the software and sign back in before I can keep going.

Entering bills feels is really easy and so is keeping track of everything.

Cons

Creating reports is the part I enjoy the least because it feels like the clumsiest area of the software.

Booking loads is very user-friendly and it lets me look up information quickly without much hassle.

It freezes pretty often and will sometimes shut down without warning.

The integrations have been excellent and make it much simpler to bring everything together and incorporate into our workflow.

The accounting side could use a bit more simplified since there are quite a few steps involved right now.

I really appreciate that data input is simple and that getting in touch with the support team is just as convenient.

Mostly I use it for AP/AR and it would be better if the general ledger options were included within those AP/AR sections so reporting is easier to locate.

Getting into trucking and logistics feels much more approachable with this software. It's very accessible and for someone who is new to the industry, it's a solid system to start with.

Cons

For me the EDI formatting is where things get difficult. If you've previously worked with a different format, this one can be pretty hard to follow and understand.

It did the job for a while until we moved over to a better solution.

The system returned a "#NAME?" error which was frustrating and unhelpful.

From a payroll standpoint, it made it really simple to see exactly what each driver had done, make any needed adjustments and run reports without much hassle.

Settlement layout didn't go over well with our drivers. They felt it was confusing and not very clear to read.

It's pretty easy to learn just by using it and figuring things out as I go. That being said hands-on training would still be a much better way to get comfortable with the system.

Whenever I reach out to customer support, they usually just point me to a video instead of offering direct help.

The simplicity of this software makes a difference. It's extremely user-friendly and covers everything we need to run both the trucking and brokerage sides of the business.

Cons

Help menu could be stronger in my opinion. The videos and training materials are useful but I'd really like more detailed guidance especially when it comes to creating reports.
