“Invaluable for consolidating teams
Pros
For agents, operations teams and compliance, this is an invaluable tool. As whenever I can consolidate everyone onto a single platform, it makes running my business more efficient and easy.
Cons
An addition of offboarding feature would be great and a simpler process for obtaining forms prior to signing contracts, available to both buyers and sellers.

The interface is really easy to use and the learning curve is also very minimal. Plus the checklists help me stay on top of tasks and the pipeline and goal tracking keep everything organized.

“Game-changer for file consolidation
Pros
Having every file in one spot has been a game-changer for me I don't have to jump between Google Drive, compress forms, email them, then go back into Drive just to complete a single transaction. It's all stored together now which saves me a lot of time and hassle.
Cons
This app become the best if it will handle transactions a bit better at the moment it's not quite as transaction-friendly as I'd hoped, so smoother processing and clearer steps would make my workflow easier.

Pros
I am able to upload office training videos easily and access them without hassle. And I find the platform extremely user friendly and I really like how simple it is to upload and download documents while keeping close tabs on deals.
Cons
Using BM on my phone has been the biggest drawback because the app isn't very easy to use on mobile or other cellular devices.

“Brokermint for Real Estate Management

I liked that Brokermint integrates seamlessly with other programs.
Cons
Brokermint was very restrictive. We often couldn't track finances correctly, causing our numbers to be inaccurate. When creating commission disbursement documents, it only allows a few categories. For teams with different individual splits, we had to calculate figures manually and input them as overrides, which was very time-consuming for our brokerage. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues with customer service, we were dissatisfied with the results while paying over $800 a month. We switched to a new system costing $300 a month that is much easier to use, with accurate and up-to-date financial records. Creating CDA's is direct with many options for breakdowns, and the new system allows us to view all transaction-related items on one page.

“Real Estate Transactions with Confidence
Pros
As a user, not an administrator, I benefit from everything being set up so I can manage any transaction with a checklist of tasks. Brokermint has made this easy and clear. I can keep all my documents stored and backed up on Brokermint, and retrieve them whenever needed. Although we are taught to back up our documents, I find the program's simplicity the best.
Cons
I don't like that I can't correct my own mistakes without contacting an administrator.

The online chat customer service is excellent. The unlimited storage space is incredible. I love the lists we can assign documents to, making it easy to look up past files and download scanned items. Assigning agents and entering data is direct.
Cons
As the office admin, I wish that when I create a "private" contact for an agent assigned as the "Transaction owner," they could edit the contact later on. Currently, it is grayed out and they can't make changes unless the contact is set to "public." Many agents are upset by this. I believe both office admins and transaction owners should be able to edit all assigned private contacts. Other than that, we love this program.
