“Love the customization and integrations

What I love most is being able to customize absolutely everything. Checklists, commission plans, assignable tasks I can build the exact workflows we need. As the broker, I set who must do what and when and everyone involved TC, agent, etc. can see their responsibilities so tasks don't fall through the cracks. The integrations, particularly QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets, are fantastic and I strongly recommend using them. Support walked me through configuring the integrations and even helped tweak one when a new situation popped up on our side. Getting the system implemented was really simple. Coming from a SkySlope/BrokerSumo arrangement, I found Brokermint far easier to administer both from the perspective of running a brokerage and from systems administration. I am in Brokermint almost every day it's a core part of our business and central to my daily workflow. Reporting, agent oversight and transaction management are all smoother once you have the right tools and Brokermint pulls those tools together under one roof. Ten out of ten.

Cons

Since IRE bought them, the support team has become a little slower and less agile than before. That said, it hasn't diminished my enthusiasm for the product at all!

Honestly I love how user friendly Brokermint is and how clean and attractive the interface looks. The pages are also visually pleasant. Plus it is pretty easy to scan and follow and I find it simple to modify checklists and adapt them to our specific needs. I rely on this every day and it keeps me organized, particularly because it flags anything that's overdue. Getting teammates to adopt the platform was not a problem since it's quick to pick up, so I have had no trouble bringing others into the workflow.

Cons

For me, there's really nothing about Brokermint that I find objectionable. Personally, I consider it a big upgrade over any other tools or systems we've used in the past, hands down.

If you decide to leave Brokermint, they won't let you export your data. I've been a customer for seven years, and they refuse to let me export my contacts, transaction data, documents, or anything other than a report on closed transactions. I'll need to take legal action to retrieve my data, as I'm required to have a backup. Be cautious and start backing up your data.

customer support is hit or miss. I have filed several tickets and it feels like they've been overlooked with no resolutions. There was never any follow-up explaining that a fix wasn't possiblejust radio silence. It also looks like they don't pay attention to suggestions, since a Zapier integration has been requested by many of us for over six years with no progress.

The standout thing about Brokermint is how it centralizes transactions, accounting and the reporting my office relies on. Because I am the Broker in Charge at my real estate company, I regularly use this tool to review and verify files for compliance. Plus the platform really simplifies how agents organize their files, so they can quickly fix or upload any missing or incorrect paperwork. That speed and clarity make it easy for me to approve documents and files efficiently and without hassle consistently.

I'd like to see a dropdown for referrals on the dashboard to make accessing them faster and more convenient.

“Incredibly clear interface for admins

Pros

As the office Admin, I find the interface incredibly cleareverything has its place so I can quickly locate whatever I am looking for. It's a huge help when I am onboarding new agents or walking seasoned agents through how our company operates with Brokermint once they join our team. On top of that, I genuinely love having the mobile app so I can manage things while I am on the go.

Cons

The option to tag or mention other users inside the comment thread of a transaction item so I can notify the right people directly would be great option.
