“Noticeable improvements since acquisition”
Pros
Since BoomTown acquired them, I have seen noticeable improvements in support and communication and it's been a relief. I do think the software still isn't being used to its fullest potential but given BoomTown's expertise, I am expecting they will bring some impressive enhancements and deliver real value to the user community.
Cons
At first I wasn't very keen on the original brand because their product support left a lot to be desired but that has genuinely changed for the better. It's been a welcome shift and every issue I have raised has been handled and fixed quickly which I really appreciate.

“Fantastic Transaction Management Software”
Pros
I love how it tracks transactions and lets me set up various commission levels and add corporate fees. The transaction checklists make it easier for the office admin to coordinate everything efficiently.
Cons
I can't think of anything missing at the moment. As we continue using it, I'm sure we'll identify some needs, but currently, we're building our team back office functions around it.

“Great systems after setup”

We've been using Brokermint for roughly six months now. The initial setup takes a while but if you put in the effort there are great systems in place to ensure things run smoothly. As the broker and owner, I like that I can pull any kind of report and view almost any brokerage metric on the spot, then export those figures into an Excel spreadsheet.
Cons
Some of the forms aren't mapped properly to Texas versions, though the help desk is actively addressing those problems. I will say that whenever we've run into an issue they've gone above and beyond to make sure we're satisfied and that everything is functioning as it should now.

“Simple document merging and splitting”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about Brokermint is how simple it makes merging, splitting and renaming documents directly in the app. The way it helps me keep everything organized is excellent and moving our operations to Brokermint boosted my business.
Cons
Honestly I have encountered very few problems with Brokermint it works wonderfully for me as it stands. If I had to pick one improvement, I'd ask for more flexibility in customizing checklists. While it's possible to add custom fields now, I'd like the option to surface those fields on the transaction menu's home page and on the buyer offers screen so I could sort and filter by client names or other criteria more easily which would make my workflow even smoother.

“Useful, flexible checklists”

I really like how useful and flexible the checklists are they're easy to customize to fit our workflows. After being with the platform for more than three years, I still discover new features almost every day that help me work smarter. Getting everything configured took some time at the start but once it was set up it genuinely helped keep our team organized. From my perspective the Broker having the ability to view everyone's files in one central spot and mark items off is a big win. The pricing feels fair and the customer support has been excellent. We usually jump into a chat with support and in about nine out of ten cases our question is resolved within three to five minutes. The CDA tools are surprisingly powerful we don't even leverage everything they'll do, like splits and caps but it's nice to know they're there. I also appreciate that checklists sync with my phone calendar and that closed files get backed up to Google Drive.
Cons
One thing that frustrates me is the eSign setup it won't let me make a choice mandatory between one option or another it forces either everything to be mandatory or nothing at all which is limiting. I would really love the ability to nest checklists checklists inside checklists and assign due dates to those nested items, that would help with complex processes. More reporting options would also be welcome to give better visibility into our workflows. It would save so much time if there were detailed, ready-made templates for a variety of tasks so brokers don't have to build everything from scratch. I'd also like to handle more leasing-related work directly in the system at the moment using eSign and checklists for leases feels clunky and awkward. Another useful feature would be the option to hide a checklist inside a folder for example keeping a closed buyer file tucked away on a listing since we tend to create just one file for that scenario. Lastly, when I am reviewing files there's no back button and that lack of simple navigation really annoys me.

“Best for a small multi-branch brokerage”
Pros
Running a small brokerage that spans two branches, I have found this platform to be the best! It's been incredibly helpful for day to day operations. The interface is also user friendly and every Agent on my team really enjoys using it.
Cons
That said, the mobile app definitely needs work and the built-in e-signature falls short. I am used to DocuSign, so I miss many of those features herethere are several important capabilities that aren't available yet.

They offer online chat support. When little problems pop up during the day, those fast replies save me so much time. I appreciate being able to get clear answers quickly so I can keep my schedule moving forward without delays.
Cons
For me, the DA is pretty hard to navigate and not very user friendly. I used another program before that laid out all the breakdowns much more clearly and honestly the CDA feels unnecessarily complex compared to what I was used to.

What I really appreciate is having everything centralized in one place. The signing, submitting the DA creation and the reporting tools are all included. As someone who handles both front and back of house responsibilities, I enthusiastically recommend this program.
Cons
My only gripe is that I wish there were libraries available to individuals or teams for easier access. Even being an individual agent, if I were able to assemble my own templated document for my own personal use, that would satisfy my needs entirely.

The main reason I use Broker Mint is because our business has a very special need to keep a backup on the hard drive of all our files and data. Dealing with sensitive information and keeping it only on the cloud is a bit of a security risk. And I used to do all that manually, which was so tedious since I had to update the hard drive again and again whenever there was an update (3–4 times a day sometimes). Brokermint has excellent checklist features that ensure all the data is selected for better organization and easy transfer to my hard drive automatically. It is a great solution for a very unusual problem, it seems.
Cons
It is made very differently. It took me some time to get used to the features and the overall layout. Its not a big deal, but I would still like it if they simplified the interface a bit. Its the first thing you look at when the software launches, so it should be the most welcoming. There are minor inconveniences scattered throughout the software, like the need to press the "submit" button once you upload a document. It shouldve been submitted automatically, or at least I should have had an option to choose from.
