Using it is not a problem and I can easily review my agents documents.
Cons
I don't dislike the electronic signature component of the system it's just that, in my work, I rarely need it, so I end up not using that feature.

I truly appreciate that Brokermint aims to be one stop shop CRM, Zipforms, DocuSign, data collection & reporting and accounting all in one.
Cons
We were sold promises that never materialized. After that, Brokermint was bought by new owners and everything declined. The form auto-population almost never behaves properly sometimes it gets corrected only to malfunction again a week or two later, forcing us to redo everything from scratch. Once the date ended up filling every single fillable field! For some time we held weekly troubleshooting calls with Brokermint to address persistent recurring problems but our excellent account rep could only push so far with the developers. In short, the data, CRM and accounting modules work well, yet the templated form system and autopopulate functionality are a complete disaster. At purchase we were told a mobile app was coming and that we'd be able to create our own online form templates but neither ever appeared.

“Provides everything a brokerage needs
Pros
What I really like about Brokermint is that it essentially provides everything a brokerage platform would need. It covers e-signatures, gives a personal link for submitting offers, holds transaction documents securely and includes a variety of other useful features that make managing deals much easier.
Cons
The e-sign feature feels a bit clunky at the moment I wish it could learn the different MLS forms and automatically place initials and signature fields for example so I don't have to add them manually. It would also be great to have ready-made templates for common documents like disclosures so our clients can opt to complete those electronically which would streamline the process and save us setup time.

I find it frustrating that when I change someone's role it doesn't automatically update the checklist and I also cannot customize the email templates.

The forms auto-fill is something I like the most because our company holds licenses across several states, it saves me from having to log into a bunch of different portals.
Cons
To be honest I find some of the features complex and not as simple as I'd hoped and the platform is not as customizable as it was presented to our team.

“Powerful Tool for Transaction/Real Estate Business Management with Flaws

This program works great on laptops or PCs for organizing documents and transactions, capturing digital signatures, and tracking income and transaction volume.
Cons
This is extremely difficult to use on the go. The phone app doesn't allow you to do even half of what the website does, and the website doesn't work well on phones. In our current fast-paced real estate market, the ability to use transaction software on the go is vital. Brokermint isn't very intuitive for regular (non-admin) users, and a lot of time is wasted uploading and downloading forms between transactions. For example, if a client loses out on an offer and then decides to put in a new one on a different property, you have to download all the forms you already have in the program and then upload them into a new transaction, you can't seamlessly transfer files. And if you try to overwrite the information in that transaction, the auto-fill doesn't capture everything, so you have to manually correct each document.

“Frustrating bugs with no communication

All in all, we find it to be a highly flexible tool that makes tracking transactions easy. Plus my team relies on it to record and monitor every company transaction.
Cons
I have run into a number of frustrating bugs in basic features that support seems uninterested in addressing. At least they're quick to cancel my subscription when needed but otherwise communication about fixes is non-existent. While reviewing files the system will load the first document fine, then often won't load the next one to get it to appear I have to back out and reopen the same transaction which eats up a lot of time. The commission tools are also pretty weak. Their tiered commission structure inexplicably resets per transaction and if I am acting as both buyer's and seller's broker the software doubles the total commission, even though you can already enter the total commission and specify co-broke. That behavior is confusing and makes reconciling totals difficult.

It's really quick to check the status of active and pending files and I appreciate being able to see expected income for the month alongside the on-demand reports. I find it simple to monitor the company's financial numbers throughout the entire year.
Cons
When I am looking through transactions, the files sometimes fail to load. The reporting features are useful but building a new custom report can be slow and frustratingly the system doesn't retain my custom report settings, so I have to reapply all the filters every time.

“All-in-one platform replaces multiple tools

For me, Brokermint serves as an all-in-one platform. Previously we relied on DocuSign for signing, Zipforms for audits and storage and Profitcentre for metrics. Brokermint covers those areas and beyond. I no longer have to type the same data into several systems. Plus, brokers get more flexibility than with other tools - I can create and map custom forms myself, build reports and more. And the support team is absolutely outstanding, always!!
Cons
If it grow to offer CRM capabilities it would be great. we've already populated all of our contacts, so that addition feels like a natural next step. Honestly there's nothing in the current offering that I strongly dislike. The software does differ noticeably from other options on the market, so a handful of agents experience a modest learning curve.

The reporting needs improvement as navigating to an agent's volume is not easy because a long dropdown forces me through multiple views. Also I rarely receive replies when I raise issues.

The software is pretty easy to navigate and offers flexible ways to use it. I can also customize it to match my business's workflow and policies without much fuss. Also I really appreciate how well the commission calculation and tracking tools perform.
Cons
I often hit a wall with how transactions can be categorized which causes some of the built-in reports to show inaccurate results. That forces me to either build custom reports or layer additional filters onto existing ones to get the data I need.

Personally this tool feels like the top Transaction and Document Management solution available today. Its checklists are incredibly well thought out and easy to follow. I also like how simple it is to pull commission statements and I really value the built-in e-signature capabilities!
Cons
I'd love for the platform to support subcategories for example, the option to tag a contact with a status like 'active buyer' would be really useful. It would also be fantastic if Brokermint offered video notification functionality so we could send short clips to our clients when key milestones are reached during a transaction. I am genuinely looking forward to seeing how Brokermint and Boomtown come together and what that integration will enable.

“Easy to use for small brokerages

As a small-sized brokerage, I really value how easy it is to use and how quickly my team can be trained as there's nothing complicated about it. Overall it has become my go-to solution for keeping every trade neatly tracked and organized. I have been using it for over three years now and I genuinely love it!
Cons
The product is good overall but I wish it had alerts for time-sensitive tasks. At the moment I only notice important items when I sign into my account and that's risky. It would be fantastic if I could configure it to send me a text message or an email to warn me when a deadline is approaching.
