“Affordable with essential checklists
Pros
Running several small real estate brokerages, I reached a point where I needed a solution to manage the growing volume of paperwork. After hiring a transaction coordinator, she also became a big fan of the platform. The step-by-step checklists were essential for bringing new people on board and handling the many stages of each transaction. Brokermint is an affordable tool that I intend to rely on for many years.
Cons
It does take a little time to fully set up my account but once everything is in place I watch it work like pure magic.

“Juggles multiple transactions
Pros
I can juggle multiple transactions at the same time which means I don't need to rely on a separate transaction coordinator anymore.
Cons
What frustrates me is having to manually add every checklist I would prefer if the app auto-populated them or popped up a prompt to choose one instead of making me set them up myself.

“easy MLS upload, awkward reports
Pros
One thing I appreciate is that listings upload directly from the MLS which is really convenient.
Cons
I have been frustrated by how little control I have over the reports I want to be able to add extra fields and remove ones I don't need. I am especially annoyed by the ASSETS section when uploading documents it's clunky and awkward to use. That whole area just doesn't feel user-friendly.

This app is well-customized with many features: it's easy to organize transactions, edit and add checklists, merge transactions, and reject them.
Cons
The screen froze once. I'm not sure if it was the system or the software, but it hasn't happened again since.

“Support is difficult to reach
Pros
We were offered a gift card to post this review, then they told us we weren't eligible it felt like a scam but the software is easy to use and fully functional for every aspect of our business.
Cons
At times the support can be difficult to reach and it's often hard to get timely responses.

“a lot of toggle options and convenience

I really like the extensive set of toggle options for reports and the ability to build our own customized ones. I also love that we don't have to rely on another app just to design forms for e-signatures - it's a huge convenience that I truly value.
Cons
From my perspective, the major problem is the complete lack of follow-through on integration requests. I have been hanging on a thread for more than a year about one particular integration and it's filled with people chiming in with please make this a thing and detailed requests to connect Brokermint to various CRMs and automation tools. To me, it looks like zero progress has been made from a customer standpoint. On top of that, Brokermint hasn't explained whether or why these integrations aren't feasible which feels dismissive toward the long list of clients contributing to the discussion.

“Easy use with great transaction management
Pros
What I appreciate most is how easy the program is to use and the tracking/accountability tools they make management simple. It's very effortless to navigate and has a much cleaner look overall. What stands out to me above all, though, is its transaction management featureI find that the most useful.
Cons
There's definitely room to improve, mainly because the software seems built for sellers and we have to bend it to accommodate buyers. It also becomes sluggish sometimes. I really wish they'd address the buyer workflow as soon as possiblearound 40% of our business comes from buyers, so it's a significant issue for us.

“User-friendly interface, outperforms skyslope
Pros
The interface is very user friendly and making and managing lists is not a problem too. Even the commissions tool works well, I can launch signature requests right inside the app and uploads happen quickly. I used Skyslope before but in my experience Brokermint outperforms it.
Cons
There are a few annoyances I want fixed for one, I cannot just upload a file from where I am workingI have to go into the unsorted documents area first. Also, I would love the ability to rearrange items in the document checklist.

“Invaluable daily deadline monitoring
Pros
For me, being able to monitor daily deadlines and receive automatic emails tied to those due dates is invaluable. I no longer let anything slip through the cracks and overall I find it outperforms competing products.
Cons
Personally the interface could be more user friendly and I'd like it to do a better job automating transitions between steps. I would also like a capability that automatically notifies clients whenever we take an action.

“Easy to use for boutique brokerage
Pros
As a boutique brokerage, we find Brokermint to be an easy to use, user friendly platform for handling transaction and brokerage management. We depend on it to organize our support staff and to deliver excellent transaction support for both our clients and agents. It feels like the company is always looking for ways to refine processes and roll out new features and whenever we've needed assistance the support team has been fantastic.
Cons
While I appreciate that Brokermint continuously develops new features, I sometimes get the impression that things are released before they're fully readyfor instance, the Accounting module still seems incomplete. I'd also like more customization that reflects local practices. In my area we use attorneys instead of title companies and as the listing brokerage we hold the earnest money and are responsible for disbursing commissions to the cooperating brokerage. Those specific workflows aren't tracked in the Brokermint/QuickBooks integration which is a limitation for us.

“Monitors commissions and annual targets
Pros
I have been able to use it to monitor my agents' commission earnings and it gives me flexibility for different payout scenarios. I can also set an annual target at the start of the year and push to meet that objective.
Cons
On the flip side, it's not built for Commercial Real Estate and I cannot track lease transactions or lease-based commissions without major customization. The checklist features are a bit clunky and because some of my longer-tenured agents haven't embraced the system, I end up inputting their transactions myself.

“Clean and amazing but lacks development
Pros
Overall, I find the system clean and pretty amazing. Also I find it pretty easy to navigate and use.
Cons
That said, I believe it still needs significant development in key areas such as transaction management, basic reporting tools and integrations. From my perspective it often seems like ongoing development is not a priority, customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the interface isn't user friendly for anyone who does not use the system on a regular basis.

“Securely saved transactions with excellent management
Pros
All my transactions are securely saved and available for e-signing which I really appreciate. The pipeline keeps everyone motivated and is neatly organized. I especially like the lists that make sure both buyers and sellers complete every required task. Overall, the transaction management is excellent. I switched from Dot Loop and Brokermeint runs smoothly and efficiently.
Cons
The price is a drawback for me, although I do understand that we all wish things were less expensive.

“Oversees agent transactions efficiently
Pros
Honestly I really appreciate being able to oversee and monitor my agents' transactions in one place. For me, the enterprise plan is the right fit because ACH payouts come through faster than with most other vendors. I also value how onboarding can be simplified and all paperwork stored together in the cloud which makes things much more convenient.
Cons
The visual design feels very bland there's no option for me to change dashboard colors, so the interface ends up quite drab. Also, the walkthroughs aren't detailed enough which means I usually have to reach out to support when I need more specific guidance.

“Consistent improvements over several years
Pros
I have been using Brokermint for several years and they consistently roll out improvements to the platform. Because of that, I can manage every part of my brokerage from one place document storage, earnest money tracking, QuickBooks integration, commission tracking and my agents have a neat tool to see how close they are to meeting their goals. I genuinely think it's a fantastic program and I highly recommend it.
Cons
At the moment, there's nothing I require that Brokermint fails to provide.
