“easy to use but pages load slowly”
Pros
The platform is very easy to use and the best thing is that I can reach every department of the dealership through the system.
Cons
Lately I have had trouble with pages loading and also with making phone calls plus I cannot send texts reliably.

“Great integrations but needs imrpovements”
Pros
I love how it connects with different platforms and financial sources as it makes sharing data between systems smooth and easy.
Cons
One annoying issue is that it opens a new browser tab every time I click something that looks like it should open in the same window. It gets disruptive.

“All-in-one platform, great templates”
Pros
What I love about DealerCenter is how much it includes in one platform. As it brings together all the tools you need to run a dealership smoothly without issues. And for me the website integration stands out as the templates are great and make it easy for anyone to build a professional site.
Cons
Although their products are great but I think the pricing could be a bit more affordable for smaller dealerships.

“Affordable and perfect for startups”
Pros
Considering the price and available features this solution has worked really well for our team. As the affordability and functionality line up perfectly with everything we needed as a startup dealer.
Cons
Nothing too major but I'd like automatic syncing with QuickBooks so when we adjust a cost, it updates in the system automatically instead of us having to do it manually.

“Great rep, tracks lead sources”
Pros
My rep and the rest of the team are the best. As she took more than an hour to walk me through Facebook marketing and I thought that was time well spent. I also like that it tracks my leads and shows where they're coming from.
Cons
It is worth noting that it's not free. Plus I find the team responsive but keep in mind their services are not inexpensive.

“excellent support, mobile history reports”
Pros
Lawana provided excellent support in her role as the Autocheck representative and I really like that I can view vehicle history reports directly through the DealerCenter mobile app.
Cons
My prior representative did not respond to my requests which frustrated me because I expected more timely communication and support from them.

“Charged without consent, dishonest staff”
Pros
There is nothing good to say. I was charged a lot without my consent and I feel the staff are dishonest. So be careful with the person who works there because they are always lying.
Cons
The place is chaotic as the staff seems to change every day. I spoke with the Rep, who helped me get started but within a few days, no one even remembered her.

“Complete all-in-one dealership solution”
Pros
I have been a DealerCenter user for years and it really serves as an all in one solution for everything I need. It handles cash deals, buy here pay here programs, bank interactions, marketing, inventory management, website hosting and more. Plus the team assisted me well with the Facebook posting tool and overall was very helpful!
Cons
As my business grows, I have noticed the costs can add up. Though I understand that sometimes you have to invest more now to avoid losing a lot more later.

“improved visibility”
Pros
The platform's user-friendly layout puts everything I need in one place making it easy to manage tasks. Also it has helped improve my Google visibility and made social media easier to handle. The customer support was especially helpful when I switched from V12 for posting on Facebook.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve as I have had to schedule several support calls. And since add-ons are sold separately, my costs can add up quickly.

“Fantastic support, complete dealership system”
Pros
As a dealer, I'd say this platform is a complete, all in one system that handles every part of running my dealership. Also the support team has been fantastic and special thanks to Sam Chung and Maryann Iglesias for all their help.
Cons
I'd love to have built-in email campaign features similar to MailChimp included so I could create and send marketing emails without switching to another tool.

“Too complex for small dealerships”
Pros
In my experience DealerCenter covered nearly every category of dealership functionality we might possibly need.
Cons
Honestly I found the software far more complicated than necessary and kind of intimidating when I was just trying to wrap my head around its basics as it would be way more useful if they offered a stripped-down option with only the essentials for a small to average dealership. Every extra feature seemed to come with another price tag and required paid support to get it set up which just added to the frustration and turned an already crowded interface into something even more tangled. The developers, who often give themselves lofty titles like architect or engineer, seem to be proud of every elaborate idea they implement but in my view their innovations mostly appeal to other IT folks as they should try actually selling it to regular users and maybe they'd realize the rest of us aren't wowed by fancy, glorified calculators. To me the original purpose of the software has been overwhelmed by needless complexity and that undermines its value.

“Central hub for managing all deals”
Pros
For our dealership operations, the features that have been a lifesaver include letting dealers submit new orders smoothly and ensuring those orders are handled precisely. I have found that once an order is finished, the invoice generation lets us begin monitoring its progress from shipping all the way to delivery. What I love most are the in-depth reports on dealer performance and the revenue analytics that support data-driven choices. DealerCenter really acts as the central hub for managing all our deals.
Cons
Genuinely I enjoy working with DealerCenter it has been a very satisfying experience. I feel confident giving it five stars because it consistently delivers top-tier results and meets our needs exceptionally well.

“Controls customer activity and leads”
Pros
DealerCenter puts me in control of our entire customer activity and online lead management workflow. It gives us automation, timely alerts and built-in communication channels like SMS and email so I don't have to juggle multiple tools. It also helps shape the online shopping experience our customers expect and I trust it to be safe and secure while enabling us to analyze customer data and run marketing more effectively.
Cons
I found that it's a little challenging for new employees to get up to speed with the system and onboarding can take longer than I'd like.

“DealerCenter is Awesome!!”
Pros
Dealer Center serves as our DMS, and we're truly impressed with its integration capabilities across various systems and our website. We highly recommend it!
Cons
The overall cost can significantly increase when adding a large number of products, making it a more expensive proposition. This escalation in expense can become quite substantial depending on the volume of products being integrated.

“DEALER CENTER IS A LIFE SAVER”
Pros
As part of the CDK shutdown, Dealer Center has been crucial to keeping us operational. It has significantly reduced our time spent on finance with customers by allowing us to print forms instead of handwriting them. Cutstomer support team from Westlake provided invaluable support during this challenging time, spending hours programming all four of our stores and ensuring our team understood the system. Without her, we would have been lost. Many thanks to the entire team for their support during this crisis.
Cons
Currently, I haven't identified any downsides as we're effectively inputting deals.
