Independent dealerships should definitely consider Dealer Center.

DealerCenter has really been invaluable to the expansion of our dealership I credit much of that to my account manager, Bill Reilly, who consistently goes out of his way to help.

There's not a whole lot to complain about however, I would really appreciate seeing a wider selection of integrated lenders added to the platform.

Dealer Center is indispensable for every aspect of my business. It's the best software I've found for car dealerships, handling everything from inventory management to customer relations with ease. Switching from 700 Credit to Dealer Center has also saved me a significant amount of money. I can't imagine managing my business without it. Support team has been incredibly helpful and capable, a true asset to my operations.
Cons
Unfortunately, there's no free DealerCenter swag available, and there are no dealer meetings or workshops held in Arkansas.

I find text messaging easier on the mobile app. But I just started using the program, so maybe I need to explore it more. If I don't mark a task as "completed," it still shows up in my notifications tab as unfinished even if I have done it.

The reports are easy to navigate, and the system itself is intuitive and perfect for training new hires. We've activated almost all the essential items: DMS, CRM, credit pulls, website, and inventory exports to third-party websites. Overall, we're very pleased with the system.

Still too focused on WFS, WFI, and 'preferred' lenders. Customer support is in the Philippines from time to time.
