EBizCharge functions excellently. We use SAP's DI API and the EBIZ API to process 60- to 70 web orders with CC authorizations into our SAP B1 system. The EBIZ backend API service allows us to capture CC payments through batch and single transaction processing within SAP. Additionally, we can issue CC refunds directly from our SAP application.
Cons
The onboarding team at EBIZ responded very slowly which causes significant delays for our web developer to receive the necessary information for implementing the EBIZ API on our site. Surprisingly, their accounting system began withdrawing funds from our bank account even before we processed any live charges.

The integration process was so smooth. The pre-installation training was excellent, and our queries were promptly and accurately addressed. Moreover, we even managed to save money on credit card fees. Both the sales team (shoutout to Bridget) and the installation team were fabulous to work with!
Cons
There's absolutely nothing I would change at this time. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvements.

To be honest, there's hardly anything positive to say... This program has caused me so much stress and wasted so much of my time, even though I consider myself tech-savvy (not a computer programmer, but quite capable). I suppose the main advantage is its direct integration with QuickBooks. I also can't say I am "upset" about the monthly fees. However, considering all the issues I have encountered, I have requested several reimbursements but haven't received any yet.
Cons
Over a span of four months, eBiz allowed us to operate with a software version that couldn't accept postal codes, which was a significant issue for us being based in Canada. Setting up email templates for customer communication required me to dig deep into my memory and apply HTML coding skills I learned in high school. The software frequently caused glitches on my computer. The latest update managed to retain the subject line of my email templates but wiped out all the text, logo and information about the invoice. I have two separate EBiz accounts for my two different companies which results in seven individual login usernames and passwords. We received frequent complaints from customers that the "pay now" button wasn't functioning correctly. Furthermore, I had to sign a three-year contract with a substantial penalty for early termination. The list of issues goes on... but I am sure you understand the point I am making.

Cons
Since we use Sage accounting, whenever I upgrade Sage, I need to reinstall EBiz. However, the team at EBiz is always available and promptly assists me with the reinstallation. Their accessibility and productivity are commendable!

I rely on these hard-copy reports to thoroughly review and double-check transactions. They also assist me in balancing my QuickBooks banking and deposit process effectively.

When only the expiration date changes, it's frustrating that I have to reenter the entire card number. However, in the grand scheme of things, this is a minor issue.

One aspect I love or you can say adore is the ease of viewing transactions within the eBiz portal and generating custom reports. Additionally, the availability of comprehensive support documentation online has been immensely helpful.
Cons
As a customer, I strongly suggest implementing a service ticket structure for support issues. It would greatly benefit us by providing clearer status updates on our support tickets. Currently, emailing a generic mailbox for support makes it challenging to reference multiple issues that arise around the same time. With a ticket structure in place, it would be easier for us to communicate problems and resolutions across our global developer teams, who require updates on the status of issues related to our gateway integration. Additionally, having a ticket reference number would make it clearer who our designated contact is for each issue. There have been instances when the support person had to search for an email we sent to support without an assigned ticket reference number. As a result, we wasted time describing the issue instead of them being able to quickly retrieve it.

After years of frustration dealing with mysterious fees, terrible service and being caught in a loop between the payment gateway and merchant processor, I reached a breaking point with my current processor. Determined to find a better solution, I explored various credit card processing software options. Eventually, I selected EBizCharge because of its seamless integration with Dynamics CRM and GP, and the potential time and cost savings it promised. I can proudly say that my decision has paid off! The functionality is unbelievably user-friendly, and it significantly reduces the time spent on processing for our employees. The customer service has been nothing short of amazing, with their consistent follow-through and support. As a result, I am a highly satisfied customer.

It's been six months now, and CBS continues to deliver on its promises. Every month, I brace myself, expecting a surprise or inconsistency but time and time again, everything is exactly as it should be. It's messing with my mind in a way! Furthermore, the customer service has been exceptional, with professional and timely responses to all my inquiries. Although it's in my nature to remain skeptical, I am becoming less confident that I'll ever come across a broken promise with Century Business, and that's perfectly fine with me.

It's been six months now, and CBS continues to deliver on its promises. Every month, I brace myself, expecting a surprise or inconsistency but time and time again, everything is exactly as it should be. It's messing with my mind in a way! Furthermore, the customer service has been exceptional, with professional and timely responses to all my inquiries. Although it's in my nature to remain skeptical, I am becoming less confident that I'll ever come across a broken promise with Century Business, and that's perfectly fine with me.

EBizCharge ease of use is remarkable. I love the fact that it seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks. Tasks that used to take nearly four hours now only require an hour or less, which is fantastic.
