It's so simple to use. It's logical, intuitive, and covers practically everything. It is definitely among the top three operations/accounting/finance data management tools I've experienced in my career. The reports are pre-configured and need little adjustment. They are dynamic and allow users to choose the level of data they want to retrieve. Ad hoc reporting is also simple with the interactive report builder.

While it comes with a good structure out of the box, setting up certain structures like data flows and roll-ups can be quite challenging.
