“Olap cubes and Excel familiar”
Pros
The OLAP-style data cubes, the integration options they provide and how familiar it feels to use for Excel-savvy users are good.
Cons
I have run into backend bugs, frequent issues with different software versions and it often drags when I try to build more complex reports.

“flexible and never constrained”
Pros
For me the product's complexity and flexibility are strengths as I can use it across a wide variety of processes and scenarios without feeling constrained.
Cons
I have noticed it can be quite slow at times which makes workflows inefficient particularly when I am using the Excel-style views.

“Etl tools improve systems”
Pros
It makes improving our systems much easier with its ETL tools and reporting features.
Cons
In my experience Jedox's lack of built-in limits can be both useful and problematic because I can introduce major mistakes without any alerts or safeguards coming from Jedox.

“Works in Excel, security is slows”
Pros
Not only is it very flexible but is also works online and in Excel indeed.
Cons
We regularly experienced slow load times because internal security measures interfered which became really frustrating at times. Also we had quite limited options for connecting with PowerPoint or other file formats or integrations.

“Visual flow graph simplifies loads”
Pros
I really like the Integrator's Visual Flow Graph as it makes it simple for me to see all the sources needed for a load or a job.
Cons
One downside I notice is that opening reports can be slow and there isn't a keyword search inside the Integrator module as which can be frustrating when I want to check whether a connection to a specific file already exists in any project.

“Packed GUI, user-friendly”
Pros
To me, the GUI is packed with a lot of useful features. Also it's neatly organized and very user friendly which creates an excellent experience for end users.
Cons
I have noticed recent changes to the licensing model have made it a bit less competitive on price although I still think it offers great value for the money.

“Search all data in one place”
Pros
The thing I like is that I can search for any data across the whole system from a single platform.
Cons
Often it feels slow for me especially when I update an Excel view or when I drill through to detailed data as those actions can lag and disrupt my workflow.

“Powerful planning, easy use”
Pros
I really like the built-in planning tools as they're powerful yet easy to use.
Cons
In my experience the system can slow noticeably when working with large data models and occasional bugs make my day-to-day tasks more difficult. Jedox support tends to ask a lot of questions and it can take weeks before an issue is fixed. I wish they'd attempt to reproduce the problem themselves instead of walking me through every single detail one question at a time.

“cross-analysis saves time”
Pros
One thing impresses me most is that it lets me connect a wide variety of data sources and use Jedox to perform cross-analysis on that information. Additionally, creating adaptable reports cuts down the time I spend each month.
Cons
That said I find advancing larger initiatives really hard without either an internal developer or bringing in a Jedox consultant. I'd also love for the Excel add-on to support Mac which would help tremendously.

“Dynamic ranges are good”
Pros
Jedox makes it easy to work with large amounts of data for planning and reporting. I also like that I can pull in data from different sources and reshape it to combine information in useful ways. The designer module uses a familiar, Excel-like layout so I can use my existing skills to build new solutions. Dynamic ranges let me create flexible datasets that show data clearly and I can format them however I want. When I first started using it, there was not a good way to define rules. Now I can create rules across data cubes in many situations which has made my models much stronger especially when guiding others through the forms I build. Also I did not expect so many improvements over time but I have been pleasantly surprised for a while now and I am excited to try the latest version.
Cons
Hardly anything bothers me. Every so often I need to wait for one more release before adopting new features to steer clear of bugs but that's a minor inconvenience I can live with.

“Easy reports, drill-through”
Pros
It is very easy to create reports. I also like the drill-through capability.
Cons
I'd appreciate a much more comprehensive knowledge base or user manual because the current documentation feels thin. Building a search function was pretty tricky for me and combo boxes can get overloaded with choices. I'd like a way to quickly search for a customer, an article or similar items.

“Great planning, easy use”
Pros
