Cons

Cons
It would be great to have a more advanced search feature that allows me to quickly find what I'm looking for, whether it's by keyword, date, or sender. This would save time and make it easier for me to navigate within the platform.

What I like most about this app is how ridiculously simple it is to use and how comprehensive it feels it includes a mobile app, checklists, tags and more so right now we're really pleased with Jolt overall.
Cons
I find the customer support really disappointing as they take ages to reply which has been frustrating and that slow response time is the main negative point I have with the service.

Jolt has made communication and resource-sharing so simple! I can send instant messages and targeted notifications to either the entire team or specific groups with just one click, making it incredibly easy to keep everyone informed. I also really appreciate the ability to share crucial files, like manuals and policy updates, and track who has received and read them. Having everything centralized on one platform means that I no longer worry about missed communications or outdated resources, everyone has access to exactly what they need, when they need it.
Cons
The app is very glitchy. I've had to redownload it a couple of times to get it to work again.

There are many positives such as what I appreciate most is how user friendly it is since any employee at any level can learn the backend, figure out how to use it and access reporting.
Cons

This is useful for tracking down the best employee in a team based on performance using the list feature. Scheduling is easier and it also reduces the time taken for the manager. It can also be used on mobile phones very easily.

The promises sounded good. Results did not materialize.
Cons
Poor adoption from my staff, with little to no assistance from Jolt on that. The thermometers never worked correctly, resulting in bad or no readings. When I tried to send them back, we were outside the warranty period of only a few months, so we were stuck with them. They ended up as trash. It's always difficult for me to get in touch with customer service.

What I find most appealing is how easy it is to use yet it handles complex, long-range tasks so it lets me do everything for our kitchen operations in a single piece of software as it's incredibly appealing and helpful!
Cons
I think the visual design could use improvement. I am confident it will evolve though. For all-in-one tools like this, good design matters a lot particularly because our kitchen team is always busy. Simpler is definitely better.

Jolt has become an amazing part of my workflow. I find it extremely fast, dependable and simple to operate. Its user friendly interface allows me to accomplish tasks quickly and with efficiency. The support team is excellent too as they're consistently prompt in answering any questions or addressing concerns I bring up.
Cons
The main drawback I have noticed with Jolt is its pricing which may feel rather high for certain people. I also miss a few features that I'd like to see added since some capabilities I expect aren't currently available.

I enjoy using Jolt because it's easy to use and includes a mobile version. I like that I can schedule different skill types, and employees can browse schedules and submit requests using the mobile app. Schedule creation is now simpler and more time-effective thanks to Jolt.
Cons
Even though the scheduling concept of Jolt is good, I find it somewhat difficult to integrate into the payroll at my workplace.
