“Patient reps and I will keep using it
Pros
I discovered just how powerful this software can be because I was fortunate to work with a representative who patiently walked me through everything. My rep is truly incredible and because of her support I plan to keep using Jolt going forward.
Cons
Initially it felt extremely overwhelming and I needed quite a bit of time and hands-on training before I felt comfortable using the program.

“Wonderful rep guides well
Pros
The representatives really take time to walk you through the program and show you how to use Jolt effectively for our business. I have been lucky to have an absolutely WONDERFUL rep guiding me through things over the past few weeks.
Cons
Without Kristen's help I would have been completely lost and overwhelmed. I noticed many features are easy to miss and there are several steps to learn. In my experience, having a skilled representative truly makes all the difference.

Pros
My team finds the checklists incredibly easy to use and I can easily manage and monitor everything from a remote location.
Cons
Getting everything configured can be challenging if you're not tech-savvy, though the support team is helpful and guides me through the setup.

Pros
Well I am really impressed with JOLT's support team as they're knowledgeable and quick to help with anything from tweaking lists and labels to adjusting settings and more. Their experts have helped me iron out problems so my operations run smoothly and they've reduced chances for mistakes across my business.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see improved in it is more flexibility when it comes to list customization. It would be really helpful to pick from a variety of layouts. for example a chart or calendar view and to be able to attach multiple resources from the info library, like a PDF and a video at the same time. The templates we've set up for our operation feel a bit limited. In my experience, businesses don't all work from the same repetitive daily or weekly checklist tasks need to be adjusted occasionally based on what the business requires so more adaptable lists would make a big difference.

“alert saved products from loss
Pros
Having live, real-time cooling monitoring really paid off for us. Last night, just before we closed, I received an alert that the UT wing cooler was running warm and because of that warning I asked the guys to move ten cases of chicken wings out of that cooler before they left. When morning came the wing cooler was completely non-operational so being proactive allowed us to avoid losing that product. I am truly thankful to Jolt for the timely notification that prevented a big loss.
Cons
It would be great if it were integrated with more of the software we use across our systems as I miss better integration.

“constant support, sensors saved freezers
Pros
After going through the training, I found the platform pretty easy to use. What really sets it apart for me compared to other software is having constant access to support. Being able to reach out to my contact for help and schedule training calls whether for myself or for newly onboarded team members has been incredibly useful. The level of checklist customization is another major plus. I love the variety of formats available and we've been able to shape them to fit our business model very effectively. We've also installed the Jolt sensors on all our freezers and those have genuinely saved us more than once. They're easy to operate and the reports you can pull are excellent for spotting a failing freezer before it turns into a serious problem.
Cons
I'd like more flexibility to tailor the scheduling platform so it better aligns with the way our business operates.

“Jolt has made the day-to-day operations much more efficient.
Pros
As managers of several food service branches and chains, it is easy to overlook important details because you get occupied with so much at once. With Jolt, we are instantly notified via email when a piece of equipments temperature is out of range or a safe is unbalanced. This quick notification enables us to make sure that the necessary corrections are performed right away. It allows us to streamline the workflow very easily and helps get the tasks done without mixing them up. It has been a great deal of help working with Jolt, and we have frequently suggested this software to others.
Cons
The only drawback we can identify is that unless the app is activated, you wont receive an alert when a list becomes available. Some of our managers have forgotten the to-do lists as a result of this. By putting alarms on the iPad to inform the management team that the list is now available to finish, we have discovered a workaround. But it would be nicer if we did not have to solve the problems ourselves. I mean, it really should not be our job to do something the software should be solving itself; it should give us solutions.

Cons

“Easy navigation, fantastic service
Pros
What I love most about Jolt so far is how easy it is to navigate and their customer service is fantastic. My account rep is always ready to jump in and help us fix any software issue we encounter!
Cons
One area where it could improve is offering deeper customization for particular tasks, though aside from that I don't think many changes are really necessary. Bugs and hiccups happen because it's software but I appreciate that the support team is consistently available to help.

Pros
The task list is excellent for keeping our team focused and on track. It lets me assign specific tasks to different roles across the crew and the reporting tools really help me keep everyone accountable. The schedule updates in real time so the rest of the team can easily view the most current rota without confusion.
Cons
Occasionally the login page requires a manual refresh before I can actually access the app successfully.

“Loves lists and log book
Pros
I am really into the lists and the LOG BOOK. Seriously, I use them all the time. I also really appreciate the information library. If the scheduling gets a few adjustments, it could be absolutely fantastic.
Cons
My main complaint is with scheduling performance and I have already sent requests with suggestions to improve it.

As the administrator, I really value being able to create and configure my own inspections for state, county or company-specific needs without needing a developer to implement them for me. It lets me build intricate checks and zero in on extremely particular areas when I need to capture detailed compliance.
Cons
I'd like the finalized inspection reports to embed the corrective action discussions so everything appears in a single document, instead of forcing me to stitch the inspection results and the corrective-action conversations together afterward just to understand the full context.

“Great sales pitch, impossible to cancel
Pros
They delivered a fantastic sales pitch when they were showing us the system. Once we decided to stop using it, though, getting any kind of response became impossible.
Cons
I spent about two months trying to cancel the subscription and after roughly 30 days I finally received an email. I asked the rep to terminate our account but he never answered two separate follow-up messages. In the end they still charged me for two months.

We've had excellent uptime as the system has been dependable and we haven't experienced any downtime.
Cons
I used to think customer service was excellent but for the last three weeks I haven't been able to get hold of an account manager nobody has returned my calls despite my three emails and two phone messages.

In my experience technical support is limited to email or phone there are no onsite visits available in NZ so it's really geared toward the USA.

“No customer service, hard to cancel
Pros
I have noticed this company never calls me back and I feel they offer no customer service.
Cons
From my experience this company never returns my calls and basically has no customer support. They lure you in with a free trial, then make cancelling nearly impossible. A business that doesn't provide an online cancellation option and also ignores my cancellation requests by phone strikes me as unethical. I would avoid them.
