“checklists keep my team aligned

Jolt's checklists help keep our whole team aligned making it easier for us to stay accountable and maintain a consistently higher level of performance.
Cons
I'll admit that adapting to the redesigned app is our biggest dislike as the team is resistant to change and that has been a bit of a hurdle, though I am confident they'll adapt in time. We also notice an occasional delay when tapping into the new app and attempting to print which is frustrating at moments. All that said, aside from these issues, we really do love Jolt and what it brings to our workflow.

“amazing tools, keeps managers on track
Pros
The website's editing tools are amazing as they make tailoring lists simple and quick. The feature that nudges managers to complete their assigned lists has been a real help too and I rely on the due date option a lot because it keeps me on track.
Cons
Whenever I am away from the app for several days it can take ages to resynchronize everything when I return which is frustrating. Lately the slider that showed swept items disappeared and I really miss having that visual cue so I wish they would bring it back. That bar made it much simpler for me to check during shifts who completed particular tasks on a list correctly so losing it has made follow-ups more awkward.

Pros
For my team, this application meets our requirements for Food Safety Date Dots and also handles the cleaning checklists our staff needs.
Cons
I have noticed the printer tends to disconnect frequently which is frustrating when we're trying to get things done quickly.

What I appreciate is that it provides a clear route and allows tasks to be completed promptly everything is configured exactly the way we want it. I also really like the notifications.
Cons
However I keep having issues with it dropping the internet connection which has been extremely frustrating to deal with.

“Reliable reminders, lists archived without notice
Pros
I rely on Jolt to keep me honest about the routine tasks I do every day. It sends reminders to finish checklists, alerts me about completed or outstanding items and lets me create new checklists, snap photos, record videos and jot down notes. Best of all, everything is stored on Jolt's servers so I can log in and access it whenever I need to.
Cons
We've been hit by a frustrating change when Jolt rolled out updates to their platform and ended up archiving several of our lists making them unavailable from the front-end we normally use. Because the main thing we rely on Jolt for is keeping digital copies of lists that we can pull up whenever needed, having the company unilaterally decide to archive them made no sense to us. After several complaints from our team they did eventually restore the lists but that whole episode seriously soured the experience for us.

When I first started using it, it felt fine and had all the features I needed to get going.

“Paperless checklists manage our communication
Pros
The checklist and label-printing features are the best but what really stands out to me is how we've used the lists to go almost entirely paperless for our communications and requests. We used to have paper notes scattered everywhere that would disappear or never get acted on and that was a constant headache. Now, if something needs a leader's attention there's a list for it. Need a uniform? Fill out the list and it gets emailed to whoever handles uniforms. If a piece of equipment needs servicing, there's a specific list for that too. The team knows they can jump into Jolt and have issues addressed quickly. Our requests are funneled straight to the right person without delay. Overall our communication has been organized and we no longer worry about lost paper or missed tasks.
Cons
I found the initial setup a bit tedious and somewhat intimidating. Getting everything configured at the start can take time and the onboarding process could be more user friendly..

This is incredibly easy to use and has really simplified scheduling especially when dealing with a number of employees. I also like that multiple admins and users can be set up. My workplace also values that there's a mobile app! We bring on a lot of students and when I tell them they can check their shifts right from their phones, they always seem genuinely pleased.
Cons
Well I have noticed that sometimes emails fail to send, even after I have posted the schedule. It would be much better if staff could create their own usernames and passwords and simply enter an employer code which would make the invitation email less of a hassle than it has been for us in the past.

Pros
One thing I like is that the app keeps a record of who completed each task and requires a login to confirm the employee's identity. It also lets me scan barcodes and QR codes and can use photo verification depending on how I configure it.
Cons
I find myself having to reload the app all the time because it tends to glitch which forces employees to quit the app and launch it again to continue from where they stopped.

I love its scheduling tools. You can simply schedule tasks and Jolt will send you reminders of those tasks.
Cons
When it texts you your schedule, it doesnt come in one text but is broken down in 2-3 which is annoying.

It is pretty simple to drop shifts and pick up extra ones and I could always check when I was scheduled.
Cons
Occasionally the app crashed and locked me out along with others and I found that incredibly frustrating.
