Throughout these years, the portal has generally functioned well and we never faced major issues, even in the past.

Cons

The quality of customer service is getting worse day by day. Despite being a user of the product for over 15 years, it has become difficult to connect with a customer representative. Opening a ticket results in a 4 to 5 day delay in receiving a reply, and even then, the solution provided is often inadequate. I have also noticed a recent increase in rudeness from the customer service team.

PaySimple has become my favorite payment solution as it revolutionize the way my business operates. Cons

While my overall experience with PaySimple has been wonderful, the pricing structure is my least favorite aspect. I have discovered that compared to other payment solution providers, PaySimple's pricing plans are a bit too expensive. As a small business owner focused on minimizing expenses, this can be a concern. Despite the platform's excellent features and functionality, the price may pose challenges for companies on tight budgets.

PaySimple 101
Pros

PaySimple has simplified the billing process for me and made it incredibly easy to send invoices to my clients. I also like how it automatically generates invoices once the template is set up. It is an efficient and time-saving software!

Cons

Not everyone in my organization and among my clientele is familiar with PaySimple. They are used to using software like QuickBooks and PayPal for payments, which can occasionally cause issues.

Pros

This software is user-friendly and easy to set up. Although I manually enter the information from PaySimple into our customer tracking and accounting software, using PaySimple itself is easy.

Cons

It would be helpful if the software could differentiate between credit and debit cards to avoid potential legal complications arising from the differences between the two.

During the configuration process, I received quick and helpful instructions. Ever since we started accepting online payments from our clients, we have noticed increased traffic, which has greatly supported our marketing efforts towards our website.

Cons

Unfortunately, we encountered a restriction where credit card purchases couldn't be limited to just one item. While credit card payments are accepted for appraisals, they are not allowed for mortgages.
