“Gives us access to our company financials”

Pros

Having access to our company financials anytime, from anywhere, is a huge advantage. It makes things like fixing payroll mistakes or sending out a last-minute payment feel quick and hassle-free.

Cons

The only issue I've run into was with Direct Deposits. We had everything set up and submitted, then found out there was a daily maximum on how many direct deposits we could process. It definitely created a problem for us at the time although we managed to work around it and now that we know about the limit, we plan ahead for it.

“solid integrations for our workflow”

Pros

It works really well with the other tools our organization uses on a regular basis especially Rippling and Bill.com which has been a big plus.

Cons

At times it loads pretty slowly and the navigation can be confusing. Journal entries are also harder to understand than they should be.

After about a year of using it, I've gotten more comfortable with how everything works and the more I learn how to do things, the more I enjoy using it.

Cons

I can't think of any real downsides because whenever something comes up, I can reach out to our dedicated contact or the help desk and get pointed in the right direction.

Keeping track of expenses with this has become essential for us. It's simple to use, saves us a lot of time and the financial reporting is really solid.

Teaching myself how to use it took a little effort at first but that wasn't really QuickBooks' fault. I'd still recommend it over the free or lower-cost software options.

The whole system felt simple to use even for beginners or anyone who normally doesn't handle their own bookkeeping.

I don't have any complaints. I was extremely satisfied with the product from the time I purchased it all the way through finishing up with the program for the year.

Its user-friendly, with fast access and accurate information always clearly displayed. It also adds peace of mind with security features like fingerprint ID.

I really don't have anything negative to say about this product at all.

Pros

This software feels very user-friendly. The banking integrations are simple to connect and make importing and reconciling transactions much more simple. Financial reports have stayed consistent over the years which makes pulling historical data and comparing past periods fairly easy. The pricing is also quite reasonable compared with the older desktop versions especially considering all the extra features that come with the online platform.

Cons

The newer updates introduced the modern reporting layout which I and others I work with really have not liked.

Pros

Looking up past entries or vendors takes no effort at all. It's very user-friendly and simple to navigate.

Cons

Getting everything set up can be challenging and building custom reports is sometimes difficult as well. The Excel sheets can also be hard to read at times.

Pros

This tool has been very user-friendly and I've really appreciated the latest upgrades too. It's worked well enough that I plan to keep using it for as long as I'm in business.

Cons

the processing speed for certain payment types is noticeably slower than with other payment providers. For example, Square processes all payments under $50,000 instantly.

“Customizable reports and invoices”

Pros

Daily accounting feels simple and dependable with it. The layout is simple to move around, it connects well with payroll and banking and having everything in one place makes a big difference. The cloud-based access is a huge plus too since we can sign in from anywhere and always see current numbers. Invoicing and reporting are clear and flexible to customize which ends up saving us time every month.

Cons

Setting up more advanced features or custom reports does take some time to learn and every now and then an update changes the layout or shifts settings to different places. The higher subscription tiers can also seem expensive if you're only using the basic functions.

“Worth it for record keeping”

Pros

Nothing else has worked as well for me when it comes to keeping records. Being able to log all my transactions without much hassle makes it absolutely worth the cost.

Cons

It's still a very solid system but compared with the Desktop version, it has quite a bit of catching up to do. It can run pretty slowly at times and the financial reports look a bit messier than they do in Desktop.

“main dashboard is my favorite part”

Pros

The setup is uncomplicated and once it was set up I could pretty much let it run on its own with the automation. The main dashboard is one of my favorite parts because it gives a really good view of expenses and makes spending much easier to track.

Cons

It still lacks a bit more detail when reviewing outgoing costs. If there's a way to itemize them, I haven't worked it out yet and having that visibility would make it easier to spot bigger expenses and cut them back.

Pros

Being able to log in from any computer or phone has been really helpful for our team. Our online information is always there when we need it and I don't have to be sitting in the office to get into the company's account.

Cons

Every now and then it has some quirks. Certain things don't work the way they should so I end up refreshing the screen or waiting and trying again another day.

Pros

Using this has been a big part of my workflow for years. It's very simple to use and I honestly wouldn't want to do my job without it now. It has definitely changed the way I work for the better.

Cons

I'd still like to see a way to communicate directly with my customers and process payments through the online portal.

Getting around the platform is very simple. We can receive invoices, pay them by ACH or card and also pull up invoices anytime to share them with our finance team.

I don't have any real complaints. It's user-friendly and overall very simple to use.

It works really well with our scheduling system and being able to log in from both my work computer and my laptop at home has been a big plus.

Any time I've run into problems, customer support hasn't been very helpful. I also don't like that there's no option to use it offline.

This product has been really convenient. I can sign in from anywhere and get right to work whenever I need to. The pricing feels fair, customer support has been helpful and being able to send financial reports from anywhere is a big plus.

There are no drawbacks. It has been a very user-friendly software for handling all aspects of the business.

Found it simple to use and the payroll workflow along with everyday expense tracking helps make balancing work and life a lot more manageable.

It was difficult to reach customer support when I needed help especially during issues related to their servers.

there's not much here to appreciate. There's a lot of room for improvement especially when it comes to making bill entries, payments and invoices simpler to handle.

The pricing increases have gotten absurd. For a condo association, paying $115 a month just to use Classes feels way over the top. On top of that, the nonstop upselling inside the app is really frustrating. Every time I log in, it feels like I'm being pushed to add something, upgrade, enhance or buy more. I just want the in-app ads to stop. No, I don't want Payroll. No, I don't want bill pay. And no, I definitely don't want some random extra service. I only want to enter bills and payments.

It works really well for our company because the workflow is convenient and the available programs fit what we need. I also really enjoy how easily it connects with other software.

Cons

visual layout keeps changing and I much prefer the traditional view. I also run into problems with the Houzz connection because it ends up duplicating transactions.
