Pros
Being cloud-based makes a huge difference because I can sign in from anywhere and always see real-time updates. It also makes working with team members or accountants feel seamless. On top of that, the dashboard is clean and gives me a clear view of cash flow, expenses and invoices at a glance.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There's definitely a learning curve especially for anyone who isn't already familiar with the software.

Pros
The ability to log in from anywhere online has made this much more convenient to use whenever I need it, no matter where I am. It also lets multiple people work together in real time which is a big plus. On top of that, all the core business tools are right there at your fingertips, including income and expense tracking, invoicing, bill payment, bank reconciliation and even payroll. The financial reporting tools are also really valuable for running a business.
Cons
you need a strong and reliable internet connection to access your data without issues. Another drawback is the pricing has gone up and now it's a yearly subscription instead of just buying the software outright. That can get expensive especially if you need several features and multiple users.

What really stood out to me was how user-friendly the interface is. The layout is simple to understand and using the software feels very simple.
Cons
I didn’t like the pricing especially since it feels like there should be more features included. It would also be better if they added more integration apps and products.

Everything is tied together really well in one integrated system so invoicing orders and payments are all managed in the same place. It's an excellent product and does a really good job covering all the key parts of the process.
Cons
Getting everything set up at the beginning, including assigning nominals and similar details, took some time. Support can be a bit inconsistent although I haven't needed it very often. It can also feel expensive.

Having cloud access makes a big difference. It handles invoicing, expense tracking and bank reconciliation without much hassle. The interface is well arranged and the mobile app helps keep accounting manageable for small businesses while on the move. It saves a lot of time which can be used on other parts of the business.
Cons
The higher-tier plans get expensive if you need advanced features. Bank feeds can sometimes miscategorize transactions and it doesn't offer many industry-specific tools so specialized businesses may find the functionality limited.

Pros
Running reports and staying on top of customer payments is pretty simple. One feature I especially appreciate is being able to tell when customers have actually viewed their invoices.
Cons
Getting used to the updated layout took some adjusting. It now takes longer to track down what I need and when you're running a small business, anything that adds extra time is far from ideal.

Whenever I need help with the software, customer support is quick to respond and usually gives me the answers I need right away. The automation for transaction entries also saves me a lot of time which has made keeping up with everything much more manageable.
Cons
They often roll out changes to the layout because it means I have to learn where everything is again. The reports can also be difficult to understand and there are times when support doesn't always provide the correct answer.

Getting around the system feels very simple and the layout is easy to follow from one section to the next. Creating invoices is uncomplicated and makes the whole process easy to keep up with. The reports are also clear, well organized and easy to understand at a glance.
Cons
Pricing can become quite expensive and it tends to go up over the course of the year. Customer support could also use better training and being placed on hold so often is frustrating.

Cons

To me, it's the best accounting platform and the strongest option for everything that comes with it. I especially appreciate how much is included for this price.

I found it easy to use. When you create an account, it guides you through the setup process but you're not locked into the recommended sequence. You can still skip around and set things up in whatever order works best for you.
Cons
Support has been inconsistent because different customer service reps sometimes give different answers to the exact same question. Another downside is the lack of a proper manual that explains how to use the system specifically for accounting purposes. Running a small business with it has been very easy because the platform is user-friendly and makes invoicing and accounting tasks simple to handle. I've only needed to contact customer support a handful of times and those interactions were decent when they came up. one thing I really appreciate is that I rarely have to reach out for help at all. Overall, it offers very good value for the money.
Cons
Recently, they updated the interface and I really can't stand the new version. It's harder to read, much more confusing to move around in and not nearly as user-friendly as before. I really wish there were an option to switch back to the previous layout.

Not only is it simple to use but the time and money it saved me on taxes in just one year made it completely worth it and that benefit keeps paying off every single year after that.
Cons
Even though they clearly cover a wide range of questions, topics, deduction types and categories, there's no real way to edit or customize something if it doesn't fit one of their preset options. If it's not already listed in their answers, it basically just isn't available.

The user tutorials were the biggest plus for me. Using it for the first time was definitely intimidating but the tutorials and training made a huge difference and helped me get comfortable with it.
Cons
It felt more complex than I really needed for my property management business. Even though it comes with a lot of features, it wasn't ideal that I couldn't remove the ones I didn't use and still ended up paying the same price.
