“Simplifies the workflow”
Pros
Running a small business with it was a great experience for me. It helped simplify the workflow and automate a lot of the process which made things more manageable day to day.
Cons
That said, there were still quite a few tasks that had to be handled manually especially when dealing with clients who paid through other platforms. The integrations in those cases weren't always very reliable.

Pros
Pretty user-friendly overall and a solid option for the price. It makes reviewing invoices, bills and payments simple and convenient.
Cons
Depending on how the business is structured, the financial reports do not always show everything needed in a clear, readable format unless you spend quite a bit of time customizing them. As the business grows, the system also tends to run into more crashing issues.

“Can tailor reports”
Pros
Running the office is a lot more manageable with this in place because it keeps my daily accounting tasks efficient and organized. I'm able to stay on top of project expenses, create accurate invoices and reconcile accounts without jumping between different systems. The layout is user-friendly and being able to tailor reports by job or vendor gives us a much better picture of where the money is actually going. It also takes a lot of pressure off payroll and makes tax season far less stressful. Overall, it keeps our financial processes professional, well organized and much easier to handle and it has become a key part of how I support the team.
Cons
One area that could be better is the flexibility of the job costing tools especially for the way construction projects need to be tracked. Breaking out labor and material costs by phase or trade can require extra steps and that becomes even more noticeable when several jobs are being managed at the same time.

“Feels reassuring to use”
Pros
Compared with typical accounting and invoicing tools, this one feels a lot more reassuring to use. It provides real-time help and ends up saving a lot of time.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about although it can feel expensive at times if you're not making full use of all the features or miss opportunities to use them.

Pros
It is fairly simple to use when you already understand the system well and have solid accounting knowledge to set up the chart of accounts correctly and categorize everything properly. Without that background though, it's very easy to create a huge mess fast, including duplicated transactions, inflated income or expenses and mistakes in the chart of accounts setup.
Cons
Support is decent only when the questions are very basic and related to understanding the software. Once payroll tax issues or ProAdvisor Profile problems come up, it becomes terrible. They keep sending generic "do not reply" emails that repeat the same message again and again. I use them to file my payroll taxes and they made mistakes in more than one case. At one point, the IRS sent me a notice saying they would levy my account if I did not make a payment. The ProAdvisor Profile situation has been just as bad. After 5 generic rejection emails and 8 to 10 phone calls to Intuit and that is not an exaggeration, the problem still has not been resolved. There is no way to speak directly with the person sending those emails and the people on the phone do not know how to fix it either.

I've appreciated how quickly customer service responds and creating invoices is simple. The cost can feel steep but that really depends on which features and services you're using.
Cons
The pricing runs high and any new features usually come with an extra charge. There are also quite a few bugs although most of them can eventually be worked through.

Pros
Running a small company on my own means I need accounting software that handles everything without slowing me down and this one really does. It covers all the accounting tasks I need, links with my CRM, Magazine Manager and lets me send invoices directly from there. The reporting is solid, payroll is simple to use and the time-saving features make a real difference when I'm managing the finances myself. It also deals with multi-currency very well.
Cons
There are no major downsides for me though I do wish payroll was included instead of being charged as a separate fee. I also had some trouble linking my accounts in the past but that issue has been resolved now.

The layout is put together well and it works nicely for a business owner using it day to day. There are also plenty of reporting options which makes it useful for keeping track of what's going on.
Cons
From an accountant's side though, the design is not quite as strong. It can be somewhat frustrating when trying to reverse an error or go back and review past transactions.

At the film studio where I work, we use it to track time and convert those entries into billable hours for client invoices. Entering time is simple and making changes when needed is simple as well. Another nice bonus is that I get to use it at no cost as an employee.
Cons
Something I wish it could do, beyond creating client invoices, is also convert those hours for my own paycheck.

Being able to use it from anywhere with an internet connection is the biggest advantage. It's convenient, low-maintenance and simple to work with. Expense tracking is simple because it syncs with bank accounts which makes it much easier to see where the money is going. Creating and sending professional-looking invoices is quick and the invoice templates can also be customized to add a personal touch. The real-time reporting is very helpful for keeping an eye on cash flow. On top of that, customer support responds quickly whenever there's a problem and gets it resolved on time.
Cons
It is expensive. It comes in three different versions, each offered with either monthly or annual billing plans.

Running my business takes a lot less time with this and the price is hard to argue with. It's very user-friendly and I'd absolutely recommend it to any business that needs a good way to handle employee time and attendance.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into bugs, mostly pages taking forever to load. Aside from that, it's been solid and they usually fix those issues pretty quickly.

Keeping up with bills and expenses is much simpler because the system tracks them automatically. Once you connect your bank or credit card account, it pulls in transactions and categorizes expenses for you. Creating invoices and monitoring them is also very simple. The interface feels user-friendly so even someone without an accounting background can work with it comfortably. The pricing is affordable too which makes it a practical option for small businesses. It also lets you print financial statements, making it easier to review and understand your business performance.
Cons
Its missing a wider range of keyboard shortcuts especially the kind that are common in desktop accounting software. Because of that, navigation can feel a bit slower and less efficient for power users at times.

Its on my phone, computer and other devices and that has been a huge plus. My accountant can log in, see exactly what's happening and fix anything that needs attention. I also really love being able to track my mileage.
Cons
