The interface is simple to use and the reporting tools are really useful.
Cons
At times, tracking down a specific invoice or customer can be frustrating. It's even harder when I know an item was sold but need to figure out who bought it and which invoice it appeared on since that can take some digging.

Pros
About a month into using it, it's been really helpful for keeping track of both expenses and income. Getting all of my bank accounts connected was pretty simple and categorizing expenses has been convenient too.
Cons
I'd still like to see a better overview page that shows spending charts for both business and personal expenses alongside income.

Using it day to day feels pretty simple and the reporting is really useful too. It does a good job of keeping expenses, profit and loss organized which helps me stay on top of everything.
Cons
Adding vendors can be frustrating at times and the system does occasionally lag.

It is widely used and connects with just about everything which makes it a very dependable platform. I can see myself continuing to use it for many years.
Cons
There are times when it feels a little complicated to navigate and I really wish the interface were more simplified. It's also frustrating that there aren't backups or a way to recover transactions once they've been deleted.

Compared with older versions and other accounting tools I've used, this one is much more simple and everything is right where I expect it to be. I'm not digging through menu after menu just to locate something basic and that really organizes the whole experience. The Payroll and Benefits integration has been a lifesaver for my business as well. It's helped me keep employees around by letting me offer competitive health insurance and I'm planning to try the 401k options soon too. Overall, it has taken a lot of the pain out of bookkeeping. And I almost left out the best newer feature: the AI integration. I can scan an invoice or receipt, drag the image in and it automatically fills in most sometimes all, of the needed fields. It's not flawless but it's more than good enough to save me hours of work.
Cons
The downside, like with just about everything else these days, is the paywalls. They hook you with some really impressive features but the moment you want to add this or that extra capability, it usually means paying more. That's just how it goes, apparently. Everybody seems focused on keeping shareholders happy instead of users. It's frustrating but not enough to outweigh the benefits for me.

I appreciate how well it connects with so many different software tools. That really helps simplify workflows and creates a higher level of accuracy across the process.
Cons
The app-style feel of the online version can be a bit off-putting for someone with a stronger accounting background. There are also limitations in the Online version that are not present in Desktop Pro and creating custom reports is noticeably more difficult online.

Navigating the dashboard and managing bills and accounts feels very simple. It also gives me peace of mind knowing the system is highly secure when working with sensitive information.
Cons
When attaching documents to invoices, there can sometimes be a delay and they don't always save properly. Because of that, I have to go back and double-check that the file and information were actually uploaded.

Being able to invoice clients right on the job and take payment then and there was a big plus.
Cons
Handling estimates wasn't as convenient because I couldn't do it all in one app. I had to use another app to write down my notes first, then move everything into QuickBooks to send the estimate.

Cons
