“Effective and practical”

It has been very practical and efficient for us and our users haven't had any complaints.

At this point, I don't have any complaints. I'm sure there may be some but none have come up for me right now.

“Lets multiple members work”

Pros

It handles a lot of the same tasks as the Desktop version while making things more organized and having multiple team members able to work in it at the same time is a big plus.

Cons

The only adjustment has been getting familiar with a different layout and format compared with Desktop.

Whether a business is small or large, this is a really strong tool to have. Bookkeeping is such an essential part of running a business and staying on top of your finances can absolutely make the difference between success and failure.

Because it comes with so many features, it can feel a little overwhelming at times. I ended up taking a course to better understand everything it offers and that made navigating the platform much easier.

“Business flow made simple”

Pros

Running my business became 10x more manageable with this product. Sending invoices, keeping up with the books and tracking expenses all happened in one place. Pretty much everything I needed to do flowed through this software.

Cons

There are still quite a few fees tied to transactions.

It's simple to use yet it still offers enough functionality to remain an industry-standard solution.

It is annoying how often bugs seem to appear after Intuit rolls out frequent updates and changes.

Tracking down transactions and handling the bookkeeping is very simple.

A few of the search tools ask for more details than I'd expect but overall there's always a way to reach someone for extra help.

It gives me quick access to my money, my spending and everything happening in between so keeping track of finances feels very simple.

Being able to sign in from anywhere without needing to remote into another computer is something I really appreciate.

Something that bothers me is how slow the app can be while I'm using it.

feels simple and compared with other accounting software, we can fix mistakes directly instead of having to void entries and repost everything.

The integration can be a little inconsistent at times and it also seems to struggle when a transaction doesn't have any tax applied.

It's built in a way that feels approachable and quick to pick up, especially for anyone who already has a basic understanding of accounting.

The pricing can become a hurdle for some small businesses, particularly as they grow and need more from the platform.

Everything is in one place, the system is simple to use and the customer service has been really helpful.

I really don't have any complaints. The only minor hassle was that the first deposit took about 5-7 days.

Having it available all the time is great. It feels more convenient to use than the desktop version because I can access it whenever I need to.

That said, it's not as user-friendly as the desktop version and it's missing some features that I was used to having.

Being an accountant, I'm able to get into my clients' books whenever I need to which is really convenient.

Cons

Having to keep rerunning reports is frustrating and the windows should stay open the way they do in the Desktop version. It would also help a lot if the report header stayed fixed at the top while scrolling so changing dates or filters wouldn't require going all the way back up.

The way everything is set up makes the whole process very simple to use.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about it.

Pros

Having my invoicing and business bank account together in one place is really convenient and keeps everything centralized.

Cons

The different QuickBooks platforms don't work interchangeably, for example, I can't move from this version to QB Solopreneur or Self-Employed without setting everything up again from scratch.

Its great to handle everything myself and the platform is very simple to navigate.

It is incredibly comprehensive, with a wide range of tools that businesses of different sizes could need for proper bookkeeping.

At the same time, it feels a bit overwhelming. There are so many features and options that it was hard for someone without a bookkeeping background, like me, to fully understand and I also don't have much free time to spend learning it.

“Worst support and no resolution”

There really aren't any positives I can point to here.

Honestly, if zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give them. I've spent more than a month going back and forth trying to figure out how to receive funds from a client. I have the client's bank slip and additional proof showing the money should be on its way yet the whole process has been inefficient, ineffective and completely inconsistent from start to finish. I've already spent three hours on the phone, uploaded the same documentation twice under two different case numbers and I'm still nowhere close to a resolution. Their customer service setup is the worst I've ever dealt with. There's no way to reconnect with the same representative so every time you call, you're forced to explain the entire situation all over again. Do not use this software. It is absolutely not worth the frustration.
