Pros
Being able to see when an invoice was viewed and how many times someone opened it is really useful. It also does a good job of tracking customer accounts and the system is simple to use overall.
Cons
It began at a lower rate but it feels like the cost goes up by about $5 every year.

Pros
Good value overall and the payroll side is fairly simple while still staying compliant with legislation. Being online also means I can access it from anywhere which is really convenient.
Cons
the transaction rules don't always work properly. The app is also pretty limited in terms of functionality so I usually have to use the online version instead.

There's a lot of flexibility here, the system is user-friendly and the reports can be fully customized to fit different needs. The live connection to a bank account is also very useful and helps keep things current.
Cons
The records are open to changes, journals can be edited or deleted without leaving any audit trail which is a real issue. It also doesn't have a proper year-end closing process to move profit and loss balances to the balance sheet and getting Power BI access set up can be tricky.

Pros
It has been really user-friendly while still offering a lot of functionality. The reporting options are readily available and the multi-user setup works well when several people need access. It also handles multiple companies nicely which is a big plus. The available integrations, along with 1099 and payroll features, add a lot of value. I also appreciate how well it keeps vendors, customers, the chart of accounts and other records organized.
Cons
Some of the automation within the chart of accounts can be limiting, especially since there's not always an option to choose which accounts certain integrations post transactions through.

Having all my bookkeeping in one place, with my CPA able to access it too, has been really helpful. Everything stays synced and flows directly into the system which saves time. Once you get the hang of the reporting tools, it's actually pretty engaging to pull reports for whatever questions come up because there are so many ways to work with the data. The PDF exports also come out polished and look professional when I need to share them.
Cons
Expense categorization can be difficult because of all the little nuances. It would help a lot if each category had a small "define this expense" tooltip or question mark with examples of what belongs there. The machine learning could also be much better since the auto-categorization gets it wrong most of the time. I'd also love more flexibility on the home screen so I could customize the shortcuts that matter most to me.

Using it for my second job has been perfectly fine. It makes it simple to keep up with paychecks, review deposit history, set up direct deposits and update bank details and even someone new to the system can work through it without much trouble.
Cons
Every now and then, we run into glitches with the billing plan. I'm also not a fan of how much freedom employees have to make changes since I'd rather those kinds of updates be handled only by an admin.

It feels very simple and it doesn't take long to learn. There are also several ways to handle the same task but each option is user-friendly and simple to locate through the menu bars.
Cons
I'd really like to see automatic suggestions for commonly used descriptions in the bill and invoice description fields. Right now, I have to retype the same wording over and over and it would save a lot of time if the system recognized past entries and filled them in automatically.

At first, I assumed this was something built only for accountants but it actually worked really well for my needs. It connected to my business account and automatically organized my cash flow which was a huge help. It also made it much easier to keep my expenses in order for tax time.
Cons
It can feel a bit complex at times and I still had to go back in regularly to make sure the automations were working correctly.
