Pros
Running payroll for my small business is incredibly simple with this. It takes care of so many things I'd be completely lost trying to handle on my own. Considering the price, it's absolutely worth it.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would probably be the overall look of the software. It's not the most visually appealing and every now and then I get a little turned around trying to find certain things. That said, it's really just a personal preference and not a serious issue.

Keeping up with daily expenses while managing multiple bank accounts and credit cards for different owners all in one place is incredibly convenient.
Cons
Since it updates online, getting issues resolved afterward is not always very quick. In our most recent update, the invoicing layout was changed and the line item dates disappeared and we still have not been able to get that corrected.

Cons

Very easy to manage and making updates to employees and customers is simple whenever our needs shift. When projects change and employees need to be reassigned, moving them over to new projects is quick and uncomplicated.
Cons

Having everything in one place did save me time and I was able to automate a lot of tasks which made parts of the work more convenient.
Cons
The customer service was terrible. You're basically limited to speaking with entry-level support staff and if a serious issue comes up, you're stuck waiting for an email response. I ended up spending hours on the phone with representatives who had to look up answers through chat on their computers.

Getting started with it was really simple. The interface feels user-friendly, it doesn't take long to get everything up and running and switching between different companies is a nice bonus. The bank feed syncing also works really well for us.
Cons
It does have a few limitations when it comes to more complex accounting workflows, like POC. We still have to handle those offline and then enter the results into the system afterward.

Moving through the menus feels very user-friendly and it's simple to move through the different options. It also handles employee payroll well and automates tax calculations which saves a lot of time.

Having everything in the cloud is a real plus since I can get to it from anywhere.
Cons
When I compare the numbers, QBDT still comes out cheaper overall, even though the desktop version keeps getting more expensive all the time. The workflow in QBD also feels better and the reports export to Excel in a much cleaner layout. If you're tracking inventory for resale items in QuickBooks, and honestly, you should be, even if nothing is sitting on a shelf, inventory is much easier to reconcile in QBD than it is here.
