“Support is always there”
Pros
It lets me handle my own finances year-round instead of only dealing with everything once a year. I can keep up with spending, profits and losses and it records the bookkeeping side of my business so I don't need to hire extra help. It works on both desktop and mobile, it's simple to use and support is there whenever I need it.
Cons
The price is definitely higher than a lot of other options but judging by my rating, I still think it's worth paying for. I'd rather spend the money and know things are being handled properly than deal with tax issues or audits later on.

“automatic invoice generation is amazing”
Pros
Using this version has been a really good experience. The automatic invoice generation is one of the best features and there's also a mobile app that lets you create quotations while you're out and about. On top of that, all your products and inventory are visible right on your phone.
Cons
Pricing goes up once the promotional period ends.

Pros
Remote access is convenient since everyone can sign in from anywhere and at least for now it costs less.
Cons
Compared with Desktop, it just doesn't offer the same level of functionality. There's no Loan Manager which is frustrating, even though that has also been removed from the latest QuickBooks Desktop updates. Creating ad hoc reports or searching for things is not simple either.

Honestly, there isn't much positive I can point to. The UI changes they roll out actually make the product harder to use instead of improving it.
Cons

Pros
Running our business accounting through this tool has kept everything organized at one spot. A few things I really appreciate about it are that my accountant has full access to our books, I can quickly pull reports like the balance sheet and P&L and it makes comparing reports or overall performance across different time periods very convenient.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about it. It really gives the best value for the money.

Cons
