Pros

At first, I assumed this was something built only for accountants but it actually worked really well for my needs. It connected to my business account and automatically organized my cash flow which was a huge help. It also made it much easier to keep my expenses in order for tax time.

Cons

It can feel a bit complex at times and I still had to go back in regularly to make sure the automations were working correctly.

Being able to use it right from my phone is probably the part I appreciate most.

I still can't manage employees through the mobile app.

Running payroll for my small business is incredibly simple with this. It takes care of so many things I'd be completely lost trying to handle on my own. Considering the price, it's absolutely worth it.

If I had to point out one downside, it would probably be the overall look of the software. It's not the most visually appealing and every now and then I get a little turned around trying to find certain things. That said, it's really just a personal preference and not a serious issue.

Keeping up with daily expenses while managing multiple bank accounts and credit cards for different owners all in one place is incredibly convenient.

Since it updates online, getting issues resolved afterward is not always very quick. In our most recent update, the invoicing layout was changed and the line item dates disappeared and we still have not been able to get that corrected.

Having my company's entire financial picture in one place has been really helpful, including payroll and both my accountant and I can log in anytime from anywhere.

Every now and then, there are minor technical issues but they're usually small and get fixed pretty quickly.

Moving from Desktop to Online turned out to be much simpler than I expected. The biggest win was being able to add more users than we had before while paying almost the same price.

Very easy to manage and making updates to employees and customers is simple whenever our needs shift. When projects change and employees need to be reassigned, moving them over to new projects is quick and uncomplicated.

It does take some time at first to get familiar with everything the platform can do. After learning the features though, using it becomes very manageable.

The customer service was terrible. You're basically limited to speaking with entry-level support staff and if a serious issue comes up, you're stuck waiting for an email response. I ended up spending hours on the phone with representatives who had to look up answers through chat on their computers.

Getting started with it was really simple. The interface feels user-friendly, it doesn't take long to get everything up and running and switching between different companies is a nice bonus. The bank feed syncing also works really well for us.

It does have a few limitations when it comes to more complex accounting workflows, like POC. We still have to handle those offline and then enter the results into the system afterward.
