“Excellent syncing and financial reporting”

Really solid product with a simple way to record data, sync with other software and pull financial reports.

Cons

The interface can't be customized.

“Constant lockups and duplicate imports”

Pros

It was simple to use and connected well with a wide range of other programs.

Cons

Unfortunately, it often duplicates imported data and there's no way to undo it. It also forces journal entries which adds extra hassle. The new AI interface and passkey setup have been a complete failure. On top of that, the system keeps freezing and resolving the issues can take hours out of the user's day. There's no after-hours support either which ends up costing clients even more money. As the price keeps increasing, the platform has become less and less reliable. Very disappointing overall.

Having my information available at all times is a big plus.

It took a little time to adjust to the fact that everything is cloud-based.

Keeping up with invoices and suppliers is very simple which makes day-to-day bookkeeping much more manageable.

Using it feels simple which makes day-to-day tasks much easier. It also helps that QuickBooks is a well-known and trusted brand that most people are already familiar with.

The part I'm not a fan of is the extra fees tied to certain transactions. On top of that, the layout feels somewhat restrictive when it comes to customizing it to fit your business.

It helps keep my finances tracked clearly and keeps everything organized without much hassle.

Cons

Pulling very specific or customized reports can be tricky and the filtering options definitely need to be better.

The best part is the wide range of integrations which makes it much easier to avoid paying for several different software subscriptions just to keep all my data together in one place.

The tax tracking area still needs improvement because it only covers part of what I need and a lot of the time the information it tracks isn't accurate.

The bank integrations work really well and support is always easy to reach when I need help.

The payroll feature still has a lot of room for improvement. Unfortunately, we ended up moving to another payroll software once we outgrew what it could handle.

This platform has been very simple and one thing that really stands out is how accessible it is. It's cost-effective and I can log in and use it from anywhere without any hassle.

Using this for small business accounting has been really simple. It covers everything I need, is accessible anywhere as long as I have a stable internet connection and the real-time backup gives me extra peace of mind.

I'd still like to see more customization for reports, invoices and similar areas. Also, picking customers and projects can be frustrating since the drop-down menu often takes a few attempts before the selection actually registers.

I find it userfriendly and being able to create rules that automatically label transactions is something I really appreciate.

It would be better if it cost a bit less and a few features feel confusing to work with or just don't really fit what I need.

It is amazing being able to access it from anywhere. It makes working remotely or on the go really convenient.

The app still needs improvement and should match the website more closely. If you rely on an iPad, the web version is a better option because the reports are more complete and the menus are laid out better there.

It's convenient to sign in from anywhere and use it whenever needed and there are plenty of features available.

There are recurring bugs from time to time and the snap receipt feature falls short when it comes to user management and how well the recognition algorithm works. On top of that, the processing fees can get expensive for businesses handling a high volume of transactions.

“Satisfied customer here”

Pros

After years of using this software, I've rated it very highly. There are quite a few things I appreciate about it but the integration feature has been the biggest advantage for me. As a business owner, it has worked extremely well for both my office needs and my personal finances. I connected my CRM software to the account which saves me a lot of time and gives me peace of mind knowing my customer records are being tracked properly. I've also linked all of my banking accounts, both business and personal and honestly have not had a single complaint. That comes after about four years of consistent use. I'm a paid subscriber and am billed monthly and I fully expect to keep using it as a very satisfied customer.

Cons

At the beginning, it definitely took some time to get used to. I'm very comfortable with both system software and application software so even with a solid technical background and a basic understanding of how these platforms work, I still felt there could be a few more user-friendly features or functions for people who are newer to software like this and do not already have that advantage.

Having the complete feature set available in a cloud-based online application has been a big advantage. It gives us convenient access to important information no matter where we are.

Cons

The billing was a little confusing because the charge was not clearly separated from other Intuit products. That caused some panic the first time we looked over the credit card statement.
