Smooth Setup and Interface

Pros

Adding new customers and invoices feels effortless for me, the interface makes everything easy and quick to navigate. It saves me time and keeps my workflow smooth and efficient.

Cons

Finding bills can get a bit tricky sometimes, the search functionality could use some improvement.

Easy adoption

Pros

Getting everyone on the team using it hasn't been a problem at all because the system is simple to work with. It's also really helpful that multiple users can get in and use it without much trouble.

Necessary tool for accounting

Pros

It feels like an essential part of running business accounting. The layout is set up in a way that keeps everything clear and helps me stay focused. It also makes it simple to view and analyze my expenses and reports.

Cons

Clearly labeled sections

Pros

Everything about it feels very user-friendly. The sections are clearly labeled, well organized and placed where you'd expect them to be which makes the whole system simple to navigate.

Cons

Great but has limitations

Pros

The good thins is that I can use this remotely with my bookkeeper which is really convenient for me. It makes connecting with other people super easy and also we can stay on top of tasks without being in the same location.

Cons

The payroll system really isn't built for expanding companies. They couldn't get my W2s to upload properly, so I ended up manually entering hundreds of them myself which was frustrating as you can understand

Mobile app makes all the difference

Pros

Having the mobile app makes a huge difference because I can check expenses and income in real time and make sure everything is categorized the right way. The platform feels very user-friendly, saves me a lot of time and gives me peace of mind since my business financials are always right at my fingertips, whether I'm on my phone or at my computer.

Cons

There was a glitch with my bank accounts re-syncing after a software upgrade a while back. It created some extra work for my bookkeeper and me at year-end when we had to reconcile everything but the updates still ended up being worth it.

Perfect Accounting Tool

Pros

Desktop version still does more

Pros

Having access online from anywhere is definitely useful and the core functions are fairly close to what the desktop version offers.

Cons

We moved to it because desktop support ended. The online version has improved a lot but it still falls short of desktop in several areas. It is not very subcontractor-friendly, project and sales rep reporting is limited and the app runs slowly with a lot of lag. Report customization is weaker than desktop, building reports is harder than it should be and the whole process feels overcomplicated. On top of that, they pushed the modern report view and it is absolutely horrible.

Hard to work with

Simplest interface I've ever used

Pros

Having my check stubs, timesheets and insurance details all in one place on the app and website was really convenient. The interface is one of the simplest I've used when it comes to checking pay information and everything felt simple to access.

Cons

I'm usually pretty skeptical about apps that handle personal information and this one gave me the impression that it might be fairly easy to manipulate.

Bank sync that actually works

Pros
