One of the best parts is how it links to bank and credit card accounts and pulls transactions in automatically. That keeps the financial records up to date and makes reconciliation much simpler.

Cons

Even though it's fairly user-friendly overall, there can still be a bit of a learning curve for new users, especially if they haven't worked with accounting software before. Some of the more advanced features may feel challenging for beginners to navigate.

Having everything in one platform has been really helpful, especially for managing our company's cash flow while also keeping payroll and invoicing organized without juggling multiple tools.

Cons

Tracking down previous payments can be a bit confusing at times and that part of the navigation feels a little tricky to me.

I really appreciate how easily this connects with our other business tools. The interface is easy which matters since we're in it constantly throughout the day. Honestly can't imagine running operations without it anymore, it's been crucial for our growth and keeps everything centralized in one place.

Cons

Sometimes it gets really slow for me and that can be pretty frustrating to deal with. The delays interrupt my workflow and make completing tasks take longer than expected.

I can't find any real advantages to this software. The only thing it has going for it is brand recognition which honestly just comes from being one of the early players in online accounting.

Cons

The invoice design feature is misleading since you can't actually customize them properly. Basic work details and customer info like purchase orders can't be added which is frustrating. When I called for help, support was literally googling answers while talking to me, they clearly don't know there own product well enough.

Every now and then something disconnects, like the bank account or the payment processing system.

Managing my business finances with QuickBooks Online has been really convenient. The interface is user-friendly and it includes everything I need to track income and expenses, send invoices and reconcile bank accounts.

Some of the more advanced tools feel a little complicated to use. It would be much more helpful if there were additional tutorials or support resources available for those features.

it is simple to make changes to prior periods which is concerning. There should be stronger safeguards in place to help prevent that.

Keeping the books organized and categorizing transactions is very simple. Out of all the tools I've used for small business accounting, this has been the best one by far. Everything I need is in one place and it makes it simple to stay on top of accounting records.

Honestly, I haven't run into any real downsides. Everything has been working really well and the cost feels manageable.

I really enjoy the ProAdvisor program. It comes with excellent training and a lot of useful features. I also appreciate having tools that help me manage accounting all in one place. I rarely need to reach out to customer support but when I do, my issue usually gets resolved quickly.

Cons

I'd still like to see improvements to the sales tax section. At times, the bank connections can also be frustrating.

There can be issues with vendors when they use different addresses so vendor names sometimes need to be adjusted.

Once you get the hang of it, it is fairly simple to use and covers most accounting needs pretty well. The dashboard is also put together nicely and feels thoughtfully designed.

The search tools across different sections are frustrating and sometimes a search option is missing entirely. On top of that, the overall layout feels crowded, a bit overwhelming and not fully user-friendly. Intuit also tends to make changes that can hurt usability without much warning.

It handles invoicing well and also takes care of important things like tracking the taxes I'll need at the end of the year.

Cons

There is a lack of real flexibility when it comes to customizing invoices for payment within a 24-hour window. As a small business, I prefer getting paid as quickly as possible.
