Cons
Setting up the mileage feature wasn't very user-friendly and it was difficult to track multiple cars separately. Categorizing transactions also felt a bit tedious and that part could definitely be automated better.

Cons
Customer support is only available Monday through Friday. The hours also feel pretty limited at 5am to 6pm and it would be much better if support were available 24/7.

It is uncomplicated and easy to manage. The interface is user-friendly, even if you don't have a strong accounting background. Setup is also relatively quick so it doesn't take much time or effort to get everything up and running.
Cons
it won't reliably stay synced with my bank and my Shopify account disconnects every few months which means I have to reconnect it again.

It turned out to be much more simple than I expected. The functionality is solid and being able to teach others how to use it has been especially valuable. I'm looking forward to learning more of the finer details and everything this platform can do.
Cons
Up to this point, the platform has worked very well and I haven't run into any issues. This is my first time using it and it hasn't let me down at all. I plan to keep learning the system and will speak up if I come across anything that isn't working properly.
