“Organized reports at a glance”

Pros

Everything feels well organized and getting to financial statements is very simple.

Cons

There are a lot of options to sort through so a simpler layout would make it more user-friendly. It also downloaded a bit slower than some other tools.

“Reliable access anywhere”

Pros

Being able to use it without any hassle and stay connected to QuickBooks has been a big plus. Even when I'm away from the office, I can still log in with an internet connection. It works really well for our medical practice.

Cons

There really isn't anything we dislike about it.

It feels thorough and dependable and there's a reason it's considered an industry standard. It also helps that there's a huge amount of documentation and answered questions online so when something comes up, it's usually possible to find guidance pretty quickly.

Cons

Can feel a bit hard to use, especially when trying to track down the exact functions you need. The import process also takes some initial setup before it starts working the way it should.

Can get into it from anywhere which has been really helpful, especially since I use it from different locations and on multiple computers.

It still doesn't handle adding an e-signature to checks like Intuit's desktop and server-based versions do.

At the same time, the platform has made certain features harder to carry out.

Having the ability to log in and use it from anywhere is definitely the most convenient part.

The API feels quite slow and still lacks full functionality. On top of that, the platform has been getting progressively slower, especially when loading invoices and reports.

Running a small business is much simpler with this. I can create invoices, send them out and keep track of my sales throughout the year without any hassle. It also helps a lot when tax time comes around in April.

Honestly, I do not have any real complaints. It handles everything I need for my small business.

The platform is simple to use, stays detailed and up to date and has a really polished interface.

Getting started took a bit of time and there was a slight delay while transitioning into it. Once I was up and running though, everything moved along at full speed.

having to open separate tabs when I need to work with multiple reports at the same time is a bit annoying.

It's been really solid to use. The chat box is especially helpful since I can reach someone pretty much anytime which I really appreciate. The platform feels trustworthy and being able to connect it to my bank account is a big plus.

One thing I'd like to see improved is having it save the date automatically when entering financial information.

It connects well with online banking and credit cards and the pre-filled categories make entering transactions quick and simple. The reporting is also really useful.

Every now and then the integration stops staying current, especially if I haven't logged in for a few months. When that happens some transactions get missed and I have to enter them manually.

The customer service has been so good, the onboarding process went really well and the platform feels user-friendly to work with.

There were a few hiccups when moving information over from my previous platform and figuring out some features but customer support walked me through everything clearly.

Pros

Running a creative business, I needed accounting software that wouldn't be complicated and this one felt very simple right away. The layout was user-friendly so as soon as I signed up, I was able to get everything set up quickly and start sending invoices without any hassle. Being able to accept credit cards helped me get paid much faster and it was also really useful that the software automatically sent reminders and late notices.

Cons

It is expensive. On top of the monthly subscription fee, you also have to pay a fairly significant charge on every invoice you send.

Pros

The reporting tools are one of the better parts. They work fast and get the job done efficiently.

Cons

Not happy with the constant advertising. Even after closing the pop-up with the "x" multiple times, it keeps showing up again trying to sell another product or feature.

It works really well for managing and entering orders.

I only stopped using it because my team decided to move to another system they felt handled reporting better.

Getting around the system felt very natural and it was user-friendly enough that I became comfortable using it in a short amount of time.
