Pros
It feels thorough and dependable and there's a reason it's considered an industry standard. It also helps that there's a huge amount of documentation and answered questions online so when something comes up, it's usually possible to find guidance pretty quickly.
Cons
Can feel a bit hard to use, especially when trying to track down the exact functions you need. The import process also takes some initial setup before it starts working the way it should.

It's been really solid to use. The chat box is especially helpful since I can reach someone pretty much anytime which I really appreciate. The platform feels trustworthy and being able to connect it to my bank account is a big plus.

Running a creative business, I needed accounting software that wouldn't be complicated and this one felt very simple right away. The layout was user-friendly so as soon as I signed up, I was able to get everything set up quickly and start sending invoices without any hassle. Being able to accept credit cards helped me get paid much faster and it was also really useful that the software automatically sent reminders and late notices.
Cons
It is expensive. On top of the monthly subscription fee, you also have to pay a fairly significant charge on every invoice you send.
