Cons
Payroll has been a real frustration because overtime, EI and vacation pay don't line up with my payroll requirements so I end up making manual adjustments. Also, payroll services can get frozen without warning.

Found it simple to figure out and that's what I appreciate most. I was basically thrown into using it but it was simple enough to learn on my own without much trouble.
Cons
QB tries to guess the transaction category and payee. It often creates extra work for me and having a better way to mass categorize would make things much easier.

Pros
It feels simple to use and the customer service has been really helpful. Whenever I have questions, they respond and work through a solution to whatever issue comes up.
Cons
The program and screen layouts sometimes get changed without any warning so I end up having to relearn how to do the same task I'd always done before in a different way.

This solution has been really convenient. It's simple to work with, reasonably priced and makes it easy to manage and keep track of all my accounts, both business and personal. I can also create invoices directly in the system to send to clients which is very helpful.
Cons
At the beginning, the layout was a little confusing because it was quite different from the older software I had been using. That said, it was mostly just a matter of taking some time to get used to it.

Right away, it connected well with all of my credit cards and bank accounts and having everything update in real time was a big plus. It also worked really well for situations where multiple people needed to access the files at the same time.
Cons
One thing that got frustrating was how often I was traveling and didn't always have reliable internet access. Since I had to be connected to get any work done, it felt limiting at times. Because of that, I preferred the QuickBooks Desktop version.

Pros
Keeping the accounting process simple is one of the best things about it. Even when you move into the advanced version and use more powerful tools, it still stays true to a simple double-entry accounting system. The Bank Feeds are incredibly useful when they're set up and used properly and there are plenty of app integrations available as well.
Cons
It didn't really adapt well to our construction workflows the way Enterprise Desktop did. Jobs and Items function differently which created issues for how we were used to working. On top of that, the per-entity pricing feels very expensive. At this point, it makes more financial sense to pay a one-time fee for Desktop and be able to manage as many companies as needed.
