“Hard to use without help”

It was useful having all of my accounts gathered in one place.

Cons

It felt very complicated. It really feels like something you have to hand off to a CPA just to manage properly. When I contacted Customer Service, they told him they weren't allowed to assist which made the whole situation even more frustrating.

I really appreciated the 50% introductory discount but once that ends, it feels expensive. Since I use another platform for invoicing, I'm not taking advantage of many of the included features. It would be better if they offered pricing tiers based on the specific tools you actually need.

Having the banking automation handle transaction imports has been a huge time-saver. It cuts out a ton of manual entry and being able to attach receipts straight to expenses makes tax time much less stressful. Keeping everything together in one place is a big plus and the reports run fast and give you a clear view of how the business is doing whenever you need it.

Getting started can feel a little challenging, especially when switching over from Excel or another system. A few people may feel overwhelmed during the initial setup but once that part is behind you, it works really well. The cost can also seem a bit high for smaller businesses that are just getting started, particularly if extra features like payroll are added.

Being able to access it from anywhere has been a huge upgrade. We were using the Desktop version before and it kept logging us out and only allowed one user at a time. The online version feels much more user-friendly and my workflow has improved a lot because of it. I'm really happy we switched and now I can even take care of office work from home.

The interface is completely different from the Desktop version so getting used to the online layout took a little time at first. Still, with some training and a bit of practice, it becomes simple to navigate and understand.

The interface is really well arranged and it connects with all the financial institutions I work with. It also takes a lot of hassle out of payroll and business tax payments by not only tracking those amounts but letting me pay them directly through the software.

Cons

The cash flow projections are pretty poor. One important feature that's still missing is the ability to track upcoming monthly bills and expenses so I can see how future payments will affect my cash position. Right now, I still have to manage that separately outside the system.

Connecting it with our dispatch software has been very convenient and works without much effort.

Cons

Since the recent update, the bank transactions page has made matching transactions harder and the new look is less visually appealing.
