“Just needs an internet connection”

Having it online is the biggest plus for me since all I need is an internet connection to use the software.

Cons

The dashboard shows too much information which can make it hard to use at times.

Everything feels simple to use and it connects with just about every platform my business relies on. The pricing also feels reasonable for what it offers.

Cons

Auto-categorization is not up to the mark. Considering where AI is today, I really don't understand why it isn't accurate every single time.

It saves me a ton of time and I really love the document and invoice upload storage feature, plus how well it connects with so many platforms I use, like Etsy and Shopify.

“All-in-one solution for small businesses”

Pros

Running a small business is a lot more manageable with this all-in-one solution. It lets you track expenses, upload receipts directly into the program, connect it to your bank and makes year-end work much less stressful. One of the biggest benefits is being able to give your accountant access so the chart of accounts can be set up exactly the way you need it.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve at first but once it starts to click, it becomes very simple to use.

It was very simple to set up and the whole system is easy to use day to day. It's also really convenient having the mobile app since I can check things while I'm away from the office. The automatic backup feature is another big plus because it gives me peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry as much about losing our data.

Cons

Since it's cloud-based rather than a program installed directly on our computers, we do run into occasional connection issues from time to time. It doesn't happen often but it still comes up now and then. On top of that, there's no option to use it offline.

The platform feels very easy to operate and the user-friendly layout makes it simple to get around without needing much training.

There are several pricing tiers to choose from but the cost can still climb sakmaod a bit if you need access to a lot of features.

At least one positive came out of the update, none of my information disappeared when they rolled out the changes.

Since they switched to the new internal format, putting together a basic invoice has become much less simple. The layout looks terrible and there's no way to adjust the font size to make important parts of the invoice stand out. Everything feels cramped, the spacing is poor and the result is hard to read and looks extremely unprofessional.

There really isn't much to complain about. It's user-friendly and I honestly can't think of anything negative to say.

There's a lot packed into this product, honestly, far more than I'll probably ever use myself, which is exactly why I rely on a bookkeeper to help me manage everything.

Cons

At the moment, my bookkeeper has me keep my business bank account unsynced because of how the system was categorizing certain expenses. I'm not totally sure whether that's more of an issue with the software or with how my bookkeeper prefers to handle things but that's the situation right now.

Pros

Creating invoices is simple and the essential reports are already prepared. Customizing reports is easy too. The platform also brings together a number of accounting features in a very organized way.

Cons

Support is really disappointing. Whenever an agent calls, the connection is usually poor. The chat option is also hard to notice since it opens in a separate window instead of being built into the main interface.

The customizable invoicing and payment options worked really well for our company and the third-party integrations were especially important as our business continued to grow.

As the company expanded and we had to upgrade our package, the cost became quite high.

Linking all of your accounts in the beginning can be a bit confusing and takes some figuring out at first.

Having it online has been fantastic. Our admins use both Macs and Windows computers and it works well across all of them without any trouble integrating.

Everything runs very smoothly and the only problems I've run into were related to the internet connection rather than the software itself.
