“All-in-one solution for small businesses”
Pros
Running a small business is a lot more manageable with this all-in-one solution. It lets you track expenses, upload receipts directly into the program, connect it to your bank and makes year-end work much less stressful. One of the biggest benefits is being able to give your accountant access so the chart of accounts can be set up exactly the way you need it.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve at first but once it starts to click, it becomes very simple to use.

“Incredible automatic backup feature”
Pros
It was very simple to set up and the whole system is easy to use day to day. It's also really convenient having the mobile app since I can check things while I'm away from the office. The automatic backup feature is another big plus because it gives me peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry as much about losing our data.
Cons
Since it's cloud-based rather than a program installed directly on our computers, we do run into occasional connection issues from time to time. It doesn't happen often but it still comes up now and then. On top of that, there's no option to use it offline.

At least one positive came out of the update, none of my information disappeared when they rolled out the changes.
Cons
Since they switched to the new internal format, putting together a basic invoice has become much less simple. The layout looks terrible and there's no way to adjust the font size to make important parts of the invoice stand out. Everything feels cramped, the spacing is poor and the result is hard to read and looks extremely unprofessional.

There's a lot packed into this product, honestly, far more than I'll probably ever use myself, which is exactly why I rely on a bookkeeper to help me manage everything.
Cons
At the moment, my bookkeeper has me keep my business bank account unsynced because of how the system was categorizing certain expenses. I'm not totally sure whether that's more of an issue with the software or with how my bookkeeper prefers to handle things but that's the situation right now.

Pros
Creating invoices is simple and the essential reports are already prepared. Customizing reports is easy too. The platform also brings together a number of accounting features in a very organized way.
Cons
Support is really disappointing. Whenever an agent calls, the connection is usually poor. The chat option is also hard to notice since it opens in a separate window instead of being built into the main interface.
