Keeping up with daily records is much simpler with this app. Once the information is entered, it takes care of the rest which saves a lot of effort. It covers tax prep, time tracking, product inventory and plenty more so it really feels like everything you need is built in.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about this platform. It's a really valuable tool to have when managing essential tasks.

It gets the job done as a basic bookkeeping and invoicing platform, even if it feels like it is constantly changing and somewhat all over the place.
Cons
Whenever problems come up, it is nearly impossible to reach someone who actually knows what is happening within the company and the people you do get in touch with do not seem to have the knowledge or authority to fix anything.

Has been our go-to hub for accounting and business operations since 2014. It really covers everything in one place and the automation features are a huge help. Being able to upload bank statements instead of entering everything manually saves a lot of time and makes the whole process much more efficient.
Cons
What slows us down is invoicing multiple businesses at the same time. Right now, I have to create each invoice separately and it would be much better if there were a way to build one invoice and apply it to several companies at once, then send them all out. Since we often provide the same fixed-cost service to multiple companies, that kind of feature would improve our efficiency quite a bit.

Overall, it feels pretty user-friendly to use and being able to access it from anywhere is a big advantage.
Cons
It's not really designed with accountants in mind. If a mistake happens during a bank reconciliation, undoing it can be difficult and deleting multiple journal entries at once isn't very convenient either.

it's cloud-based so customers can handle their finances from anywhere as long as they have an internet connection. It also supports real-time collaboration for multiple users and comes with useful tools for management, invoicing and financial reporting.
Cons
There are some downsides though such as the cost going up as more users are added, plus a bit of a learning curve for anyone who isn't already familiar with accounting software.

Being able to get to my books from anywhere is a big plus. When I'm traveling, I can pull up the information I need on either my phone or my laptop. There's no need to keep track of a .it file anymore, I just need an internet connection.
Cons
Even though I really appreciate the flexibility, I wasn't happy about not having much of a choice. I couldn't update my desktop version unless I paid for Enterprise which I don't need. That basically left moving to the cloud as my only option. I would have preferred to make that decision myself.

Being able to sign in from wherever I am is great. I can enter everything myself and then my bookkeeper takes care of reconciling the accounts without me needing to haul over a stack of paperwork. When year-end comes around, she can also give my accountant access directly which makes the whole process really convenient.
Cons
Service price seems to go up every year and sometimes even more than once during the year.
