“Helpful banking integrations”

It works well with the banks and other software tools I was already using which made everything connect more naturally.

At times, the interface felt a bit crowded, especially when I was trying to find help among all the available options.

QuickBooks feels a lot like Google Play but built as a more professional all-in-one platform.

There really isn't anything I can say I disliked. Once you understand how the app works, it makes sense although it may not be for everyone.

Running our tech startup has been a lot more manageable with how much this automates the accounting side. Sending everything over to my accountant at year-end is very simple and pulling reports for investors or grant applications is simple too.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve if you are not from an accounting background so it takes some time to get comfortable with it. The pricing was also frustrating, especially after finding out our company probably could have gone with a lower-tier plan. By the time we realized it, we were already using this version and downgrading felt too risky because it might have affected our books.

Appreciate being able to access it from anywhere which makes it very convenient to use.

I have a hard time locating the specific tasks I need.

Pros

Having everything stored online means we don't have to worry about losing our data if a computer crashes. It's also much more convenient to sign in and access real-time reports whenever we need them. On top of that, the features feel more user-friendly than the desktop version.

Cons

I really don't see anything that urgently needs improvement. If anything, having more report variations could be helpful although it's also possible that option already exists and I just haven't come across it yet.

It's very approachable for people who don't have an accounting background which makes it much less intimidating to use.

Cons

A few features feel restricted and you sometimes need add-ons or a different version to get the full functionality.

This has been a really solid product for me. I used to handle my bookkeeping in Excel and this fits exactly what I need.

Getting used to it at the beginning was a bit awkward. The reports were hard to navigate and at first I couldn't figure out how to sort them by date, job or anything else.

Managing finances with it has been a pleasure thanks to its user-friendly interface and the wide range of resources available. It makes the whole process quick and convenient and the excellent library of video tutorials is especially helpful.

Cons

What could make it even better would be adding a few standard chart of accounts templates with subcategories so new and less experienced users can get started with managing their accounts more confidently.

Being able to use the online version from anywhere as long as there's an internet connection is a big plus.

Cons

performance can slow down and feel laggy when the internet connection isn't very strong.

Pros

Accounting, payroll, reporting and contractor payments all feel much more organized here, it simply does what it's supposed to do.

A few of the automated features could be better since they sometimes assign the wrong classing.

Can create and send quotes straight away, even when I'm out and about, is incredibly useful.

The search tool can be unreliable at times and won't always return results even when the information is definitely there. I often have to try different search terms or approaches before I can find what I need.

Having everything organized in one place has made managing and controlling my accounting one of the best parts of using this software. My invoices stay in order, my financial reports are always up to date and I'm very satisfied with the high-quality support and help from the IT team. I definitely recommend it.

It has been a very reliable accounting support tool so I really haven't run into any issues with it.

“Helps with financial planning”

Pros

Budgeting and financial planning have been much more manageable at my current workplace with this product. It does the job far better than trying to force an Excel sheet to handle everything I need and it saves me a lot of time.

Cons

It seems like the platform was designed more with smaller businesses in mind and since I work in a multi-state healthcare system, there are definitely areas that could be better suited for a larger organization.

This solution has been very user-friendly for us and the ongoing updates from the developer keep making the software better and better. It's especially helpful that we can track mileage in the app, upload receipts directly into the system and have Amazon transactions matched automatically.

Cons

At times, it's hard to figure out the right way to match transactions that look very similar. When something goes wrong, resolving it often requires getting help from support.

It keeps the information you need organized and accessible and it doesn't take long to learn or show someone else how to use it.

Searching for specific words can be frustrating because it feels very particular about what it will recognize.

The versatility this product offers is a big plus and gives us a lot of flexibility in how we use it.

Navigation can feel a bit complex at times. Certain screens send you all the way back to the beginning, while others do not take you anywhere useful which makes moving around inconsistent. Some topics are labeled differently than expected so it often turns into a search just to find what you need. A few titles also do not work the way you would assume they should. On top of that, we had a function set up properly but after some QuickBooks updates, it no longer works the same way and has become difficult to use. That update disrupted hours of setup and affected production.

Everything feels well organized and moving around the platform is simple without much effort. It comes with plenty of tools that support online business tasks along with other business needs.

Cons

The subscription cost is a little on the expensive side. It can also be challenging for people who have limited computer skills.
