I appreciated that it was available online so I could access it through the web.
Cons
Dealing with customer service and the overall usability was very frustrating. Intuit's support for this product was almost nonexistent. They claimed I had underpaid my payroll taxes and then charged me a late fee but the IRD later refunded the full amount as an overpayment. Even after that, Intuit kept the extra charge which was well over $100.

Found it easy to use. The interface is simple to move around and the customizable home page lets you put your most important metrics front and center as soon as you sign in.
Cons
A limitation that made my work harder was the inability to sort sales by state. That became especially frustrating when putting together sales reports, particularly with a larger customer base.

Being able to access everything anytime from whatever device I was using was the biggest plus for me. I also appreciated the wide range of features you can add and customize based on how you want your setup to work.
Cons
It is very costly. On top of that, every extra feature came with added fees and getting started with the system was pretty confusing.

The interface feels fairly simple so getting around the system isn't too hard.
Cons
Where it falls short is in the search tools which are pretty limited. When creating invoices or projects, it defaults to the company name instead of the contact's name which can be frustrating. It also doesn't let you add multiple contacts under one company so you have to set them up as sub-customers or entirely separate customers. On top of that, building reports feels complex and the filtering options are fairly limited.

Running a small business feels much more manageable with this because it helps keep everything organized and on track. There are also plenty of useful tutorials available which makes getting started a lot less overwhelming.
Cons
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve. Since I'm not a bookkeeping expert, I had to spend some time learning the terminology before I could really use it more effectively.

It really feels like the benchmark for accounting software. After moving over to the online version, we still have all the features and support we were used to, plus the added advantage of being able to use it across different platforms, apps, devices and locations.
Cons
The pricing setup does seem higher than the versions we used before but the extra functionality more than justifies the added cost.

It fits in nicely with our CRM and features like direct deposit for payroll save us a lot of time. Sales tax and payroll taxes are calculated automatically which makes reporting much more manageable. Year-end tasks are also much simpler since 1099s and W-2s can be created directly in the system without a lot of extra work.
Cons
When you're unsure how to handle something, it can take longer than expected to get a clear answer or explanation.
