“Very accurate”

Pros

Getting started with it was very simple and it's been highly accurate in day-to-day use. It also connects with a wide range of other tools and banks which makes everything much more convenient. Overall, it's an excellent product.

Cons

Because there are so many features available, it can be hard at times to remember where to find certain reports or how to complete specific tasks. There is a Help section but it could be more useful and having live support would make a big difference.

“Keeps track of my expenses”

Pros

It makes it easy to track expenses and that makes getting through tax season a lot quicker.

Cons

The invoicing system isn't really my preference. It's not bad at all, it just doesn't fit the way I like to handle invoices.

Pros

Having the ability to open a customer profile and instantly get a full snapshot of their account, including invoices and payments, really helps me stay organized whenever someone calls with questions.

Cons

There honestly isn't much I dislike about it. The only issue that comes up once in a while is that it can load pretty slowly but aside from that, it's been excellent.

There is nothing complicated about this system and the program feels really user friendly overall.

Cons

When something goes wrong, you have to call support and end up stuck on the phone for a very long time.

It gives me all the benefits and features of a standard business management program without the cost or the computer space needed to run the full software. Another thing I really appreciate is being able to log in from different PCs with just an internet connection and all of my files are backed up there.

Cons

The part I dislike is always being at risk of having all of my records deleted or compromised.

Pros

Running a business feels far less overwhelming with it. It really takes the stress and guesswork out of keeping everything on track. Tax season used to be the part I dreaded most but this software has made it so much more manageable that it's almost enjoyable now.

Cons

I can't point to any major downsides. I'm extremely happy with the software and don't see myself switching to anything else.

The reporting tools were the one part I appreciated and the reports themselves were useful.

Dealing with this has been an absolute nightmare. I ran into a payroll setup problem because of an error on their end and support told me to cancel the setup. Their representative clearly assured me that canceling it would not lead to any additional credit checks. After following that advice, I was shocked to find multiple hard inquiries on my credit report. When I pushed support for answers, they told me that every direct deposit application triggers a credit check and that those checks cannot be reversed. That directly contradicts what I was originally told which was that no further checks would happen. To make it worse, I was later told our payroll threshold should have meant no credit checks at all. The support team was completely incompetent and gave me misleading, incorrect information. They have done nothing to fix the issue or even admit they made a mistake which is extremely troubling. It honestly feels like they have no concern for the effect this has on a customer's credit score and financial well-being. Even after contacting them multiple times, the responses were dismissive and unhelpful. They just repeated policy language and refused to take responsibility for the misinformation their own staff gave me. That level of poor accountability and lack of transparency is unacceptable from a company handling sensitive financial information. I would strongly warn anyone thinking about using it to reconsider. Their deceptive handling of this situation and inadequate support caused real damage to my credit and their refusal to make it right says everything about their customer service. If they do not take proper action immediately, I intend to escalate this to the credit bureaus, the Better Business Bureau and any other appropriate authorities so they are held accountable. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reliable, customer-focused alternative. This whole experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

Pros

It covers everything a small to mid-sized business really needs. It also includes helpful productivity tools that make a lot of day-to-day business tasks faster and more efficient.

Cons

The price has increased quite a bit since we first started using it. A few of the transaction screens can be somewhat tricky to move through and the platform has also become a bit slower over the years.

“Makes document management simple”

Pros

Having it in the cloud makes a big difference because you can log in from anywhere as long as there's an internet connection. Document management is much simpler too since documents can be attached directly to an expense in the software and viewed quickly whenever needed. It's also really helpful that multiple users can be connected at the same time and work on different tasks which makes the team more efficient. The bank connection feels like a game changer on its own, especially for reconciliations and the month-end process. On top of that, the report customization is excellent. Everything can be exported to PDF or Excel and you can save the report formats you prefer.

Cons

Since the platform is still evolving, there are a lot of updates and changes which can be hard to keep up with for people who do not like frequent change. You also get used to being very efficient with your accounting so when the bank feed stops syncing or the system slows down, it becomes frustrating to use only part of its functionality, even though it usually does not last more than a day.

It used to be fairly simple to use.

They keep pushing upsells and extra services while the core product continues to get worse. The site is painfully slow, overall performance is terrible and the support is incredibly bad.

Getting it up and running was simple enough but dealing with customer service has been a nightmare.

Even after a full week, they still haven't released the funds.

Having used it for years, I can say it makes managing the books and running the business feel smooth. It also connects with just about everything I use which makes the whole setup even better.

I just wish it were a bit cheaper. Other than that, everything else has been excellent.

Being able to create invoices with it has really helped us stay on top of our records and I also love the features that let us import bank activity and set rules to code transactions correctly.
