“Convenient way to analyze my income”

Running my business has been much simpler with this because it lets me send invoices without any hassle. The software is simple and doesn't create confusion which I really appreciate. It also gives me a convenient way to track and analyze my income without having to enter everything manually. On top of that, a lot of my invoices were transferred over from another software which made the process even more convenient.
Cons
app can sometimes lag or glitch a bit. Still, the benefits far outweigh that minor issue.

Mileage tracking worked well in the app and I also appreciated how it connected with my bank account and payment processors. That made it much simpler to monitor income and expenses and keep everything categorized for tax time.
Cons
What didn't make much sense was that, even with Intuit being tied in with TurboTax, the system still wouldn't automatically transfer my mileage, income and expense details. I had to enter that information manually which felt oddly inconvenient. On top of that, my bank or PayPal connections would randomly disconnect at times and I'd end up dealing with duplicate transactions. Customer support wasn't consistently helpful either and there were a few other platform quirks that made the overall experience less than ideal.

Comes with really strong accounting tools that help small businesses monitor income and expenses, send invoices and handle day-to-day finances without much hassle. It also does a very good job connecting with bank accounts and credit cards which makes it convenient to automatically import and sort transactions. A lot of people also appreciate the user-friendly layout and the useful insights it gives into overall business performance.
Cons
A frequent frustration is the weak customer support. When problems come up, getting the right help can be harder than it should be. Another issue people mention is the regular price hikes which can make it feel like the cost keeps creeping up. There is also a learning curve for beginners so it may feel a little overwhelming at first, especially for anyone who only needs basic bookkeeping. On top of that some users have reported glitches and syncing problems, particularly with the online version which can be very frustrating. A few people also get the sense that the company is more focused on revenue than on improving the user experience and responding to customer feedback.

It has become a really valuable part of handling our routine business while keeping everything organized for our accountant at the same time. Creating invoices and pulling payables reports for my team is simple and having access on my phone is especially useful when I'm away from the office and need to review an invoice with a customer.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the new invoicing layout took some time. I understand it was redesigned to work better on mobile but as someone who mainly uses a computer, it felt less user-friendly when it first rolled out, even though it has improved as I've gotten more familiar with it. My other issue is with BillPay. It's advertised as being fast and delivering payments within 3 days but my vendors were not receiving payments until about a week later and there was no notice about the delay.

Pros
Getting around the site is very simple so it doesn't take long to reach the section you need. It clearly shows when payments have been matched to invoices and in some cases that happens automatically which is really helpful. Customer details can be saved, making future invoicing much faster. The search bar is simple and lets you find an invoice quickly. Voiding or cancelling invoices is also pretty clear and uncomplicated. I also like being able to see every invoice, not only the ones I've personally sent. The automatic follow-up emails sent through the system are another useful feature.
Cons
There was one time when the system wouldn't accept a customer's email address so I had to ask them for a different one. It turned out the issue was caused by a symbol in the email address that the system didn't recognize.

It is a really well-designed solution. I have an accounting background but even the people on my team without that experience were able to pick it up without much trouble. Being cloud-based was also a big advantage since everyone could log in from different devices and stay connected. Another part I really appreciated was the automated reporting. I was able to schedule reports to be sent directly to the management team ahead of every performance meeting which saved a lot of time.
Cons
customer support was quite slow when it came to handling inquiries. There were times when several days passed and after following up, it felt like they were restarting the whole resolution process from the beginning.

Everything stays in one place and once I enter the information, it carries over to every part of my accounting. It also stays current with my city and state requirements, along with what my business needs from the accounting side.
Cons
The setup can feel a bit repetitive but once it's finished, you usually don't need to go through it again unless something changes.
