It does an excellent job of helping me run my business and giving me a clear picture of everything happening behind the financials and numbers.
Cons
The new UI feels a little jerky and I'm not enjoying it as much as the older version. It seems like it's here to stay though.

Pros
I appreciate the bank transaction syncing although it can be unreliable and sometimes a bank feed stops working for months at a time.
Cons
New interface has been a letdown because it feels cluttered with constant prompts for extra services and the features I actually need are now buried. On top of that, the usable workspace feels much smaller than before.

Pros
Having everything in one place makes a huge difference. It is a really solid way to handle invoices and inventory and it takes a lot of the stress out of tax season by keeping expenses and income tracked all together.
Cons
The monthly subscription does bug me sometimes but it's pretty much in line with similar services and usually feels worth paying for.

It is very user-friendly and it helps that you can ask questions when you're unsure how to do something or where to go.
Cons
Any time we've needed to connect it with a third-party integration, it has led to a lot of issues. I've ended up spending hours going back and forth between both companies to sort things out which can be pretty frustrating.

It's a really good value for small companies and the platform is simple enough that both accounting staff and non-accounting employees can use it without much trouble.
Cons
Once the company started growing, it didn't keep up very well. We ran into several issues after outgrowing it and customer support was also quite unresponsive when we needed help.

Pros
This software works really well for small businesses or teams that don't have a dedicated person managing finances. It offers good value for the price, feels very user-friendly and the interface is user-friendly. Since it's entirely cloud-based, it also makes day-to-day access and workflows much more convenient.
Cons
The updated look and UX on the invoicing and reporting sections haven't been my favorite. After using the software for years, those changes made things feel more awkward and clunky than they needed to be. It's also fairly limited so if your company is project-based, handling true dimensions-based accounting can be difficult.

It has been a really powerful app to use. It's simple, runs reliably and comes with plenty of useful tools like invoicing, payroll integration, expense tracking and financial reporting. The customer support has also been very dependable especially with live chat and phone support available when needed.
Cons

Cons
Customer support is really bad. Payroll isn't worth the money especially for businesses in Ohio and the payroll team does a terrible job handling local taxes.

Having everything in one place makes a big difference and it saves a lot of time compared to doing bookkeeping manually. The reporting features are really useful too especially for keeping track of cash flow and getting ready for tax season.
Cons
Cost can feel a little steep especially when certain features are only available after moving up to a higher plan. It also takes some time to learn at the beginning, particularly if you haven't used accounting software before.

Whenever I need help, I can reach technical and accounting support by phone and usually get assistance from knowledgeable staff. It's also very convenient to search for and pull up past transactions when I need to review something.
Cons
Keeping track of clients, vendors and sales isn't laid out in the best way. Sales and products in particular can be difficult to search for and adding them as journal items makes the process even more frustrating.

It is a really strong option for getting a small to midsize business properly set up from an accounting standpoint. It goes well beyond basic bookkeeping too, with useful tools for cash flow planning, invoicing and reporting. Another big plus is how well it connects with other apps and software.
Cons
Frequent outages are frustrating. Also, it can sometimes take a while to reach a representative who knows the answer and can actually help quickly. It also may not be the best fit for companies that rely on a purchase order process and it doesn't integrate well with Ivy.

Felt very user-friendly overall. Most of the time, I could quickly find exactly what I needed and the platform worked really well for me. The support was also helpful whenever I needed it.
Cons
There was a sharp increase in transaction pricing within a year. My cost per transaction went from $7 to $12 and since I can process the same thing on Nickel for free, we ended up switching.

Having expenses, invoices and basic accounting all in one place really helps keep everything organized especially for a reasonable price. It can feel a bit confusing at the beginning but once you get used to it, it becomes much more manageable and definitely worth the time.
Cons
Pricing can still feel a little high at times and the interface isn't always very user-friendly. Some reports are confusing when you first start using them and I've run into a few bugs here and there.
