Getting started with this software is pretty simple and even someone without an accounting background can use it with very little training. It also connects well with other software which makes things more convenient. On top of that, the customer support team has been reliable and helpful.

Switching from single-user to multi-user mode can take some time but aside from that, it has been good to use.

There are fewer keyboard shortcuts than I'd expect so I end up relying on the mouse most of the time.

Navigation has been tough with my limited bookkeeping experience and finding educational resources is nearly impossible unless you're willing to pay for them.

Its amazing being able to let other people access the program and handle the bookkeeping when I don't have time to do it myself. I used to spend hours entering inventory and trying to stay on top of the numbers which took away time I really needed for other things. Before I started using it, I kept running into figures that didn't add up and had to waste even more time going back through old mistakes. Using this has taken away a lot of that stress and freed me up to focus more on running my business.

Cons

Getting a few programs integrated took a bit of effort at first but once I understood how to do it, it was actually fairly simple. It may have been more of a user learning curve than a problem with the software itself.

I really appreciate how it matches transactions, whether they're invoices, bills or bank transfers. That part works really well and helps keep everything organized.

Cons

Currency exchange transactions could be better. It doesn't automatically match them between the two bank accounts so I still have to track those manually.

Month by month, it keeps my bookkeeping current and gives me a clear snapshot of where all my bills and invoices stand.

The invoice email message is fixed which isn't a major issue but having a few template options would be a nice addition.

There's not much to complain about. If anything, they could add more tutorials to help users get familiar with newer features.
