Pros
QuickBooks has been budget-friendly for me and I really appreciate being able to customize it and create my own categories to fit how I organize everything.
Cons
I do wish the mobile experience were better and it would help a lot if the automated rules had a bit more nuance.

“easy to link bank accounts”
Pros
Its not complicated at all and linking bank accounts is quick and hassle-free. It also handles working across multiple companies and different currencies really well which makes day-to-day accounting much more convenient.
Cons
home screen changing so often can be annoying. Also, if a customer is set up with a different billing currency, the system does not allow credit card payments which is a noticeable limitation.
