When a payment is made in one month and then gets recalled in the next period, I notice it gets automatically deleted which throws off that month's reconciliation rather than generating a vendor credit and a new bill.

At the moment we don't really have many negatives about Tipalti. There was an invoice issue where the OCR failed but it was fixed. I suspect the OCR can be unreliable sometimes so manual fixes are occasionally required by us.
