We've had a consistently positive experience working with Tipalti's Support team, they respond helpfully and make resolving issues easy.

I do notice that running searches is sometimes slower than I'd expect which can be a bit frustrating.

the site is really easy to use, I can quickly locate the specific data I need and they supply multiple report options that help our team run detailed analyses on payment activity and trends.

I wish Tipalti would develop a way to handle advance payments because that feature is currently missing and would really help cash flow management.

Generating invoices, processing payments and posting them is significantly faster overall.

When I enter a bill manually instead of using a purchase order, Tipalti doesn't give me the option to duplicate a previous line which is frustrating. If I could copy a line it would shave off a lot of time whenever I have bills with many lines and only the description and the amount vary between them. Also, dealing with W-9s is clunky, it would be really helpful if I could upload and store the actual W-9 form inside Tipalti for future reference.

Pros

Whenever I have encountered an issue, the Tipalti team has always resolved it quickly for me. Their representatives and support staff treat both me and my company with friendliness and helpfulness and the platform itself is extremely easy to use. I am grateful for their excellent work!

Cons

I don't really have any dislikes right now. A live chat feature would be nice though their email responses are typically very fast so it hasn't been a major issue for me.

Tipalti is an incredibly smooth accounts payable platform that has completely streamlined how we handle payments. It's truly outstanding. One feature I lean on heavily is the Tax 1099 integration because we have hundreds of payees each tax year who require 1099s, that integration lets me finish the whole filing process in a matter of minutes. It has saved so much time for our team, allowing us to focus on other important tasks.

Cons

Overall we don't have any major complaints about the platform. If I had to pick one enhancement, it would be the addition of a mobile app, that would be a useful extra for on-the-go access.

For our organization, Tipalti's accounts payable platform became a single, comprehensive tool for handling bulk payouts to our users and significantly cutting down the time we used to spend. With a fairly easy developer integration and hands-on assistance from Tipalti's support team, we managed to automate what had previously been a lengthy, manually heavy workflow which opened up several team members calendars so they could focus on other priorities across the business.

“Smooth and reliable experience

I started using Tipalti roughly three years ago to receive my salary and overall my experience has been positive. To begin with, the interface is easy to navigate and doesn't demand much technical know-how so practically anyone can get the hang of it. Their customer support has been excellent and the staff are cooperative. On top of that, I feel the system is secure and reliable.

Cons

Overall I like Tipalti but honestly I would prefer if the money transfers were processed noticeably faster than they currently are.

I really appreciate the semi-automated payment workflows, I can pick the payment options I prefer in whichever country I need and get paid fast. I also want to point out how simple integration is via the IPN protocol and how server notifications keep my system synchronized and up to date.

Cons

Personally, the way beneficiaries were displayed used to frustrate me because it wasn't very clear or user-friendly but the new web version has now resolved and enhanced those visualization issues so I am thankful for the changes.
