Pros:This system is very user-friendly. Almost any problem or process issue I have thrown at Native they have been able to solve inside their software. They have set up multiple security features to allow for control implementation within the software as well as provide documentation to auditors for tracking. They have continually provided the type of support that makes this software invaluable to the end-use.
Cons:The software is highly flexible. This is a very good thing, but at times can be difficult for Native to maintain all the variables. However, they are completely in tune with all of their sites.
Pros:We are working as a healthcare facility that uses Electronic Medical Records and Practice Management Software. Activity HD gets data from the EMR software to our accounting program two times in a month.
Cons:The things that make it so great and so easy to use. almost two years into its use, I have absolutely no regrets about our selection.
Pros:Activity HD offers utmost ease of use. I really like the ability to make it work for our company's specific needs.
Cons:There is no capability to use AP functions in financial reports. It doesn't allow you to sort a general ledger report by source.
Pros:It allows different dates in one journal entry of the functionality. You can cruise around easily and can figure it out without using help mostly the support team is working efficiently. They've walked me through different issues having the fixed assets included in one program having to merge gives you time to review entries and correct them if need be before real posting.
Cons: It gets the new version of excel broke of the financial design part. It wouldn’t run and we're still having issues getting that.
Pros:Our business is composite with Grain operations, Livestock management, Meat Processing, and Food Retail. Our bricks and Mortar operations are concentrated in Alberta, Canada but other divisions reach international operations. The different business you are in, and whatever package you are considering. activity is the best ever tool that I have and whenever a new opportunity arises in our business or a new feature is introduced. I highly recommend talking to the team about what can they do for you.
Cons:The team hasn't created a product that allows cloning - but they are working on it continuously.
Pros:Easy to update GL account.
Cons:Wish the input cells worked more like excel where you can use the up and down arrows.
Pros:Great support and has different functions to do everything I will want to do. The company is also very willing to listen and look at expanding with 3rd party companies for combination to make my life easier.
Cons:Some of the different reports which seem to take a while to build. You almost need a coder's background to make them effective. And it seems like there are many options and buttons to click when trying to put together the information. Which is great, but can be a load at other times.
Pros:Usable, once it is set up. Easy to import and export large amounts of data, whether it be employee based data and invoice/payment based data.
Cons:There are no ideal templates to start up with. If you are starting from scrape, you must build everything from scrape. Chart of Accounts, Pay Codes, Financial Statements. But some predefined ideas to choose from at least to get started for those that really want to involve in the setup.
