Handy chat for daily messaging

Pros

Sending texts and emails to friends, coworkers and family is very simple and I use the chat feature quite often.

Cons

The features takes some time to learn which makes it harder to feel the value for money at first.

Instant replies but too many menus

Pros

One thing that works well with ChatBot is that you can ask questions and get an immediate response without having to wait for a customer service representative.

Cons

My main frustration with it is the number of drop-down menus it uses when I am trying to deal with an issue. I'd rather it just answer the question directly instead of making me tailor my responses first.
