packed with useful features

Pros

Chaty has been really useful for my work. It helps me connect with customers quickly and includes all the features I need to keep daily tasks running without issues. The support team has also been excellent especially Mirra. She explained everything clearly and walked me through the app step by step which made it much easier to understand how to use it properly. Her guidance and clear answers gave me the confidence to subscribe. I'd definitely recommend it!

Cons

At this point I haven't come across anything I dislike.

easy to setup tool

Pros

One thing I really like is how flexible Chatty is. You can upload plenty of FAQ sources and customize it in a way that actually fits your needs. The setup process is easy, the interface looks clean and the support team responds quickly and is genuinely helpful. The demo also felt polished and pleasant and in a short amount of time it has already helped us close a few conversions.

Cons

Getting started does take a little time because there are quite a few settings to configure if you want the best possible results. That said it makes sense considering how much customization the platform offers.

Customizable and reliable support

Pros

A nicely customizable app that doesn't feel overly complicated to use. The agents are helpful, available when needed and it works well for me alongside Shopify.

Cons

There's still no dedicated app so getting to the chat page can take too long and sometimes the customer is already gone by the time it opens.
