Pros
One of the biggest benefits is how collaborative their team is in daily operations and ongoing projects. They stay committed to their customers and are consistently working to improve every point of interaction. Another thing that deserves credit is how well they adapt to different people's skill levels and bring a genuinely human approach when working with users who are not very tech savvy. They have stayed very dedicated to their accounts throughout!
Cons
Users who are not very comfortable with technology may have a hard time learning the portal or making changes on their own. Some level of training will still be necessary.

Pros
Has made a real difference in how our CX team handles daily work. By automating repetitive tasks it has freed people up to spend more time on the kinds of issues that actually need a human touch which has definitely improved our overall efficiency. It also does a really good job of delivering personalized replies to customer questions and helping us come up with thoughtful solutions for more complex cases. Another part we value a lot is the weekly meetings with their team since they give us a chance to align on priorities, review the plan for the week and talk through our goals together.
Cons
An area that could be improved is the analytics section which would benefit from being more user friendly. It has also been difficult at times to stay aligned on expectations around project progress mainly because the resources assigned to our brand do not always seem sufficient to grow the partnership as much as we would like. That said this does not feel like an issue with the employees themselves but more a result of the heavy workload they are balancing across multiple clients.
